Ordered some custom t-shirts for my husband's carpentry business. This was the only local place I found that would even let you bring your own t-shirts. They did have a minimum number but their prices were very competitive. The printing looks great
After we picked them up we noticed that a few of the t-shirts had ink smudges on them. I contacted the store and was assured that if I brought them in, they could remove the smudges. (These were brand new Deluth shirts.)
I took the shirts and even though I did not have an appointment they corrected the problem, while I waited. Satisfied customer! (Would have given 5 stars if the shirts were perfect the first time. Would have give zero if they had been unable or unwilling to correct)

2nd horrible experience in a matter of 6 months and I typically won't leave a negative review but I gave them multiple chances on 2 separate orders. First one never was resolved, I just gave up. 2nd one, their solution was a whopping 5% discount. Based on the headaches through the whole process, product quality and lack of communication, 5%was an insult. I'm a reasonable person, pretty chill and let most things just slide. Hence the 2nd chance, but the 2nd was worse than the first. Do not recommend at all.
