Wendy's, Ames IA

I always order the Baconator, but I still believe they can add more bacon to the sandwich. The Baconator should be packed with bacon with a name like that.

My husband ordered bacanator meal yesterday and became very sick afterwards we usually eat here once in awhile

Good customer service. Very good in general as far as fast food is concerned. A lot of the quality of fast food has to do with good execution (how the food is made, whether you keep it fresh, etc.). They do a good a job of that here. They make the two McDonalds in town look like a joke. The McDonalds have severely gone down hill the last few years since being under new ownership. My only two criticisms of The Wendy's is I wish they were open later (They've been closing at 9pm the last few years), and often when you order regular nuggets you get a mix of spicy and regular. Good fast food restaurant.

Food is Wendy's quality. Service is good, but the establishment is very dirty. The quality of customer experience is very poor. It is often worrisome to have children at this location.

4 for $4.44 meals are hard to beat. Also have a Coke Freestyle machine which is nice if there isn't a crowd.

Cashier was great food was good but order was wrong and manager was rude and didnt want to give is refund for overpayment

The burgers were very dry and not very flavorful in the french fries were cold and limp.disappointing experience

I really enjoy Wendy's cheeseburgers, especially the double burger version. In my opinion they are the best of all the fast food hamburger restaurants. And their "screaming hot" fries are delicious! Coupled with friendly service and a large variety of cold drinks, Wendy's is hard to beat.

I will say the food tasted fine but I got food poisoning from my Dec 24th visit. I ordered the baconator combo and within 2 hrs I was feeling really nauseous, bloating, and terrible heartburn. Then the vomiting and diarrhea went for several hrs. I will never go back and recommend no else eat here either.

First of all, download the Wendy's app. Solid offers on there. I went in today and was stuck between a birthday cake frosty, which I've had before, or the OG chocolate. I asked for the birthday cake even though I was definitely on the fence between the two, leaning towards chocolate but in the spur of the moment, chose birthday cake. To my fortunate surprise, I got a chocolate frosty, which I went home and added a shot of Nespresso to. It was the best mistake.

Very good. The 4 for 4 is a really good deal. Frostys and good and the food in general is a really good deal

Great place to go there chili is amazing. Turn the mode for some chili they've always got chilly there's always really good

Showed up at 8: 30 pm and the street sign was off. Got to the drive thru, ordered then shut off the lights to the menu. The money taker just had her hand out and didn't say thing. The next window the lady just handed us the food. Never been to a more unfriendly business than this wendy's.

Generally pretty quick service. There's not much room in the drive-through line so it can spill out into the Walmart parking lot.

I love the food, the four for four is perfect. The guy who is usually running the payment window when I drive through is awesome too, always friendly and super nice.

The food is good, the service is good, the restaurant is clean. My only gripe is your closing time. 9 pm? That's ridiculous.

Went in to get a salad and had to wait for them to pull it out of the fridge while they made everyone else’s food. It was to go and they didn’t give me a fork

Friendly staff. Clean store. Only complaint is there was no avocado on my sandwich. When I called back they were very accommodating.
