Lady at the counter should not have been waiting on customers. Ordered a small Frosty and it was in a cup about 2 inches tall. I was too mad to confront them. When I returned home 2 hours later got physically sick. I will never go to Wendy's in Oskeloosa again, never.

Made a pit stop here on a road trip, have never had such friendly and happy service at a fast food restaurant! Thanks to the staff for being extra nice to our three small children, who were excited for their “first-ever Wendy’s stop” lol. Our 7 year old loved the chili. It’s the little things!

Worst place in town! Drive thru is so slow, customer service is trash. Sitting in line for 20mins now & they still haven't got to the person in front of me. Not worth it won't be coming here again. Fire everyone there, close it & make it a burger King with workers that work.

This Wendy's is FLITHY! Everyone working was Disgusting and Lazy!
We asked if someone could Refill the Ketchup Containers and a Young Man came out Looked at the Flithy Condiment Counter and Turned Around to Go Back Behind the Checkout Counter. Stood there and Talked to the His Other Lazy Co-workers. While all that was happening. Two Women Employees whom I Assumed were Management Stood a FEW Feet away from the Disgusting Counter Talking to Friends. They Were Not Busy and Should have Utilized that time to get The Lobby Area Cleaned Up! The Pop Machine was Also Flithy and the Food Sucked! ** People if You're Thinking About Visiting this Wendy's Save You're Money and Cook at Home!

Tonight my girlfriend and I had easily our best fast food experience. We ordered two chicken sandwich meals in the drive through, we received one and were told to pull forward while they made the second. About fifteen minutes go by before someone finally comes out to our car and says that the people who took our order walked out. His name was Josh and if any managers happen upon this review, that man deserves a promotion or at least a very substantial raise. He comes outside and tells us that he isn't even on the clock yet but he is going to make our food. We pulled up to the window again and he said that he is going to give us two new meals. He comes back a minute later and says he is giving us two frostys as well. A bit later, someone else comes to the window and says they are giving us two ten piece chicken nuggets as well. This absolutely made our night, we are extremely grateful for Josh's customer service and we thank him for going above and beyond.

We went through the drive-thru, and we were sorely disappointed. The woman who took the order acted as though she was highly put out by our order. The food was cool once we received it and had little taste and certainly not worth the money we paid for it.

Literally couldn’t eat the sandwich. Hard bun very cold. And the wait time was very long for three people being in line at 11: 45 on a Wednesday. I love Wendy’s in this by far is been the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Went there at 6: 48 am for breakfast, after waiting at the speaker box for 10mims we pulled up to the window. Where we sat another 3mins. Then got told that they wouldn't be ready for a while so we might as well go somewhere else. Was very rude even the manager that was standing right there.

I loved going here to eat. But I visited this place on Tuesday September 27th and I was eating like normal but I pulled a hair out of my mouth it was wrapped in my tomato. It was a long piece. I stopped eating my burger and my fried were under cooked. Will not be going there any more.

Drive thru, ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger add onion and a small fry, got home to find a double with bacon, cheese, NO onion, no Mayo, no tomato… and slathered with mustard! Also a large fries (cold). Pretty simple order to mess up and the guy in front of me had to get out of his car to go in and get the correct order. It’s not rocket science and I feel like under this management the store has continually gotten worse! My fiancé and grandson waited in line (2nd in line) last week for 30 minutes and weren’t waited on. The staff said they had a big Uber order to fill? Seriously. Quite disappointing.

I'm not in the habit, nor do I feel like fast food restaurants should be reviewed. I mean come on it FAST food; it's expected to be cheap and grosser than a restaurant. But this Wendy's is consistently SLOOOOWWWW! Like 40 min or longer inside or in the drive thru. This is supposed to be FAST food as the name implies; yet they are even slower than Maid Rite on a busy day.

They take so long to get you your food it's as least a 20-30 minute after you've already sat at the window for 10 minutes then they pull you forward when your inside they don't even care that ur waiting at the front they take a good 20 minutes just to go over so u can order than a 20 minute wait on the food.

The food was nasty, the fries was cold, the chicken on my sandwich was thin as paper, hard, and every dry. I didn't get straws.there was some man came and stood by my car wanting to know where his food was.all around bad visit.

Horrible drive thru experience. Took almost 45 minutes. Apparently they can't hire or keep experienced help. Fries were not fresh. Chicken nuggets were fresh but quite greasy. I won't be back for a very long time.

Frosty were great as usual. 2stars because when cashier came out to give me my food tried to give me some else food. My sister ordered a single combo ask for ketchup and mustard with out cheese and her burger came with cheese on it.

20 minutes in drive behind 4 cars. Then sat another 20 minutes after ordering and someone came out with a bag that wasn't mine. 5 minutes later came out and said they forgot what my order was and I gave them my receipt. 10 minutes later they bring my food and forgot one of the kids meals then 4 minutes later brought out a regular bag for the kids meal with no toy. No straws either.this is unacceptable and seems to be an everyday occurrence and we will no longer patronize this establishment

I would give them no stars at all.if I could but it's not possible. We have been standing inside for 15 minutes and they are more worried about the drive through than the people in the lobby. There's still 2 people of front of us. This is beyond ridiculous. People have walked out already there's no excuses for this. I will not return.

Was just in the one in Oskaloosa IA. Stood there for 10mins nobody looked at us even acknowledged us while they were leaning on the counter.so we turned around and left… as we left two cars in drive thru left also.guess McDonald’s gets our business today

The food was fine but, the restaurant was legit gross. It had just opened and the women's toilet was clogged. The men's bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor, dead bugs, empty cups in it. The floor of the lobby definitely hadn't been cleaned either. Cleanliness was not in the minds of any workers there.

Really need to work on sense of urgency, my wife and I decided to dine in, we ordered 2 most common combos #1 wirh strawberry Frosties waited 15 minutes for food when it arrived Frosties were completely liquefied and food was semi warm, which says food was made and sitting around for a while, a disappointing visit.
