Couldn't get help from store employees, and they didn't seem too interested to speak with dashers.

Also the lobby may or may not be open when you arrive, as before 10pm they sometimes have locked up.

Edit: They also pre-made a Frosty item before I even arrived which ended up a chocolate milk upon delivery. I wasn't proud to hand that out.

We stopped by and went through the drive through after we got off of our flight from Las Vegas.

We ordered our food and the guy taking our order was nice and quick.

We got up to the window and there was a lady working the window and she was moving very slow and slurring her words. She also had on very dark sunglasses. I understand that things happen and it could have been a medical issue, however, she took a dirty cup that was on the counter, dumped out what was in it and proceeded to fill it with pop and tried to hand it to my husband.

That is just disgusting and unacceptable. We talked to another staff person and she got us a fresh drink and gave us our food.

Ordered two combo meals with large frosties. They only rang me up for medium frosties so I took those but then halfway home I see I'm missing a whole meal. I then have to turn around to grab the rest of my food with half my food now cold. Upsetting that nobody can check an order before handing it over

I had the nicest experience tonight! After a long hot day I was exhausted but “Handsome Howard” and “Raving Hot Rhianna” greeted me with fresh hot fries and customer service that made me smile! Seems most everyone is rushed and in a hurry these days, and busy as they were, they took time to make me feel welcome, and unwittingly made a new customer anxious to try their Breakfast Menu and APP rewards! Love the late night hours and refreshing customer service! I am sure they were tired

Today we stopped in for frostres at the drive up. We where served MELTED ones. Why didn’t they say there ice cream machine was not working properly? They have done this before.

Very long wait to order and get our food. Sandwich maker did not wear gloves! And the beef in my single cheeseburger tasted rotten! This place is a dump! Not what Wendy’s used to be.

I tried a couple of new items. So yummy
Strawberry Spring salad

And a Pineapple mange Lemonade.

So good.

Wendy's is the best. The hours are kinda bad now but what can they do if they don't have any help!

Came in, they gave me the wrong food and dude said “sorry I probably wasn’t listening” then goes back and asks the cook to remake it and she looks me in the face and rollls her god damn eyes then proceeds to mess up the order again. Are you joking. Also looked like there was some random 13 year old boy walking around the kitchen wearing 0 kitchen gear wearing joggers that seemed more like some stained trashy sweatpants. Saw the dude who took my order’s bandaged finger either dip, or almost dip in someone’s cheese dip cup which was pretty unappetizing to see as well.overall the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place and I’ve been here a few times. I will say the male cooks seemed nice, but the one female cook who was asked to remake my order was EXTREMELY obnoxious and rude with her childish facial expressions she made when asked to do a basic thing she wouldn’t of even had to do if she didn’t mess up at first. I get it we all make mistakes, it’s that on top of all of that obnoxiousness they proceeded to mess it up again! Just crazy. Feel bad for their coworkers honestly, just terrible.

Doors locked with no signs and I ordered on the app for carry order before 8pm. Had to wait in line at the drive through to get my now cold meal.

Food was fresh and hot, but am very surprised that none of the workers wear head coverings.usually this a health dept mandate. Please carefully consider this.

Hammond Wendy's in years I stopped at the one in Ankeny it was fast fresh and good they're very busy but on the ball

Very disappointing when I have a late work day and their hours here say open until midnight yet they are closed at 10: 45pm.

I usually see the same older lady at the drive through late at night when i’m picking up DD orders. She’s very kind and polite. Thanks for all you do even when short staffed:)

9pm on a Friday night & went through drive through & they were only accepting door dash & mobile orders. Ridiculous.

They were busy and it took a little bit however they were kind and moving fast appeared short staff but didnt matter still giving 100% customers service SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF unlike McDonald's
