Ordered the new loaded nacho burger and was very disappointed. Not only was it sloppily put together but it hardly had anything on it and couldn't even get a substatution right. Was very disappointed was expecting more out of limited time only food

Went through the dry through and tried the new Strawberry frosty, let me tell you if you really want a treat, get the strawberry and the chocolate and mix them together.

This place went through a remodel, the bathroom still stinks. The drink station was dirty.

Gave my order to the employee in the drive thru three different times and it was still wrong.

A baked potato with no attraction.very simple. I used to love those.
Sticky floor, the soda dispenser machine was so nasty, sprinkled like from days ago.
Someone needs to tide up this place and lift the environment for more customers to come. So sad.

I had not been to this Wendy's before. It was clean and everyone was friendly. I enjoyed my $6 Double Cheeseburger meal.

Always runs out of chili. I just wanted some chili dude I’ve went there three different times in the last three weeks, no chili yeah it’s at like 8 o clock at night but why can’t late night people get chili too?

We ordered the baconator meal and a large chili with sprite and Dr Pepper, also asked for the chili sauce packets they have there. Didn’t get the chili sauce packets and didn’t get my sprite. But my boyfriend didn’t want to go inside or knock on the drive thru window again and bother the workers to get their attention to ask for the sprite. But I thought I would get my sauce packets but once we got home I notice I didn’t get those either. Also to add on we were sitting in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and were the only ones in the drive thru, so not sure why it took so long considering that it’s fast food

The chili taste like state old hamburger paties tonight not nearly as good as I'm used to getting unfortunately

I'd give the service 0 stars if I could. The cashier was rude from start to finish. And didn't ring our order up right. (That she repeated back to us) and then told us WE were wrong. It was a simple order of 5 small frostys that she only rang up 2 then said "you didn't order 5 on the speaker". And as the window was closing yelled about us being stupid.

Food took a very long time and was wrong. Didn't realize it until I was home and just got food from somewhere else and will skip this place. $27 for 2 Burgers, Fries and 2 Frosties and they couldn't get it right and it took nearly 10 minutes from ordering until the food arrived in the drive thru. It wasn't busy and there was only 2 people ahead of me.

If I sucked at my job as much as these people do people would be dead. I would give less stars if it were possible
