Went here because I had a birthday coupon thing. I had never tried it before.

Food is great, Had a burger that wasn't too greasy. Fries where fresh. The cheesecake is Devine even if my stomach is still angry at me for eating it all as I type this.

Was worried it would be rowdy, what with the sports bar and all, but it was great

I’m writing this as we sit in our booth. We have been sitting here one hour. We have not been helped yet.

I love this place. Good burgers. Good wings. Good beer selection. Nice atmosphere. I like to get outside seating when weather permits. But so does everyone else, so get there early if/when you want to do that.

I have been here many times with my basketball teams but today unfortunately they didn’t seem to want our business. Yes we had around 20 people and we didn’t need to sit together but that seemed too terribly difficult. After discussing for 5 minutes they said they couldn’t accommodate our large group. No other options till we offered some but by then they just lost us from a customer service perspective. Feel bad for the waitresses who seemed to be ok with splitting things. Old
Chicago was happy to accommodate us!

We were seated right away. Our server was attentive and polite. Food was good, hot and timely to the table. Peanut butter on a BLT? Why not? ! My son thought it was great.

Okay, the food was good. Big plus. But the atmosphere at noon on a Saturday was awful. The place was packed with a bunch of drunk ISU students and farmboys being loud and stupid, and this was NOT during football season, so it wasn't because there was a big game on. They were playing raucos, incomprehensible electronic music waaay too loud - like it was a hip-hop club or something. It was impossible to have a conversation with my friends, even just across the table. I may try this place again, at a different time/day of the week. Then again, I may not.

I've lived in the neighborhood of West Towne for the past 7 years so i frequent this restaurant. Lately the food and service has been terrible. Took 30 minutes to get our appetizers (with no plates), and 90 min to get our food (there was no wait). A family that got sat the same time as us got their food, finished, paid and left before we even got our food and there was only 2 of us. Food didn't taste great. Menu is now limited from what it used to be.

Attended a reunion here. The food was great the service was real good and the place was enjoyable.

Horrible service. Dirty plates. Waited forever for refills. Dirty plates given with Appetizer. Very rude servers. Ordered no onions so did my son. They forgot to take onions off both meals. Fries were completely cold. All the servers sitting at one table messing around right by the front door. I have never received this level of service in a sit down restaurant. Just horrible!

Sat around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come take our drink order. Guest that came in after us were having orders taken right away and given drinks. Every single staff walked past our table in that 20 minute span to see us not be served. I understand everywhere being short staffed nowadays but when customers that came in 20 minutes later are being served and we aren’t, that isn’t acceptable. This used to be a good place to eat before we received service like this. Go to Boulder Tap House instead. Similar food and the server won’t forget about you.

Given dirty plates for appetizers. Had to flag server down for refills (they were not busy at all, he only had 2 tables.) Food was mostly cold or lukewarm. Will not be back

For showing up pretty late into the night the kitchen staff worked pretty quickly. The loaded fries were a bit soggy but tasty.

Staff needs serious hospitality training. No manager present. It could be a very nice place if someone took the time to care about the business.

Quite literally saw someone projectile vomit on their outdoor patio and staff did nothing. Not sanitary at all. Disgusting.

I have been here multiple times and never had a meal I could finish. I have been sent out the soggiest onion rings that hadn't even goldened up or had any crispiness to them whatsoever and was told by the server that that is how their O-rings are. Sad. Heard this from a friend as well.
Also, I am a burger guy and have tried them a couple times, since somehow they get nominated for best burger in Iowa, and each time it has been so bland and rubbery that I just can't eat it. I am not mad I just would prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

Ordered online, food was ready on time, and tasted delicious when I got home. Highly recommend their grill chicken sandwich

Not bad food service is ok sometimes great sometimes so so worth trying out had a few items from menu good selction of food and drinks
