We tried moving some things around in our TV room and noticed an issue with our inside wiring. Phil was here within 24 hours and replaced the wiring and then made sure our tv remote was working correctly. It was having some issues. So, he got a new one and programmed everything back to like new. Thanks for the prompt response and going above and beyond what we were expecting.

I switched to T-Mobile and I'd recommend it. No data caps and I am saving more than 50% on my internet, plus the FCC recently granted T-Mobile more wireless bandwidth to improve their speeds. WesTel needs to drop their data caps and their prices. I know many that are leaving them.

We’ve had nothing but problems with our Westel. I’ve had people out here several times our TV pixels and the picture freezes. They can’t figure out what it is. We’re not the only ones in the city that is having the problem for the amount of money we pay it should be fixed Will probably be canceling it and going to DIRECTV. Not very happy. They’ve had somebody out at least five times in the last couple weeks.

I wish you would offer unlimited internet and that’s it. In stead of different packages like you do. Like $8o a mouth or something like that. Other wise all good

Fantastic customer service! We recently moved and had our internet transferred. It was supposed to be working, and it was not. Had an employee come over on her off time and try to resolve the issue. Although it wasn’t up and running that evening, they had it going first thing in the morning!

Ryan barnholt came to my house and fixed my internet so fast! 10/10 would recommend! If I have any problems I will be calling and asking for him!

The internet is very expensive along with basic cable. Service is good and people are easy to deal with.

I thought the install was well thought out and done quite quickly and the installer knew his stuff. The connection and service has been fast and solid allowing me to work from home for long periods of time without interruption. The TV and subscription channels have also been easy to access in multiple rooms. Very fast and clean. Just what I was looking for.

I had an issue with my internet being down and after being unable to fix it on the phone one of Wes Tel’s technicians came out within the hour to fix it. It was really amazing service and it reiterated how happy I am to be a Wes Tel customer!

Today, we needed them to assist us with a cable battery problem as well as a new remote set up. Scott Lewis/WesTel promptly fixed the problem and we could not ask for better service! Thank you!
