15 Mitchel arrived to our home on time to complete our fiber internet install. He offered good advice on location of the router, and completed this challenging installation quickly. He takes great pride in his work and made certain we were happy with everything upon completion.

Mitchell was fantastic getting our new home fiber internet set up. He took the time to install the router where I asked, even though the location posed an extra challenge. He made sure we had coverage throughout the house and hooked up the second drop for the outbuilding. Excellent, good, great, wonderful!

I was in a desperate space; where a phone service/internet service for me after 28 years became unreliable. My company moved me home to work during Covid a few years ago. Recently, the internet service I had been with; became unreliable twice within 25 days. ***I found the answers unsatisfactory about the remedies to solve the issues. ***I didn't want to make a rash decision; so checked my options. ***Found Western Iowa Networks; and found in a random call and then set an appointment to visit Western Iowa Network. In visiting WIN, I found the associate, Jackie, very helpful and knowledgeable; but her information on what my expectations were reliable. Actually, things worked out in quicker time than I expected. ***Her assistance got me to the next steps of getting new technology to my home and up and running sooner than I expected with reasonable costs monthly. ***I am grateful for the empathy and understanding that while the wi-fi may be used for fun or movies; I need it for my work. ***Appreciate Jackie's understanding and helping me to get what I needed and answering the many questions I had; being available even as the installation was going on; to still answer questions. ****Thank you Jackie and Western Iowa Networks. ****Also, want to thank the techs that came today; and got the installation to the point; that I am up and running. Just waiting for the availability of the crew to get the line underground. However, it was more important to get my connection to work up and running; and that was achieved!

The internet service is amazing. It never goes out. I’ve been using WIN for nearly a year and I’ve never had to restart my router like I’ve always had to with other providers.
The youg lady who helped us was very personable and knowledgeable. Ihave been there twice before and was not treated well my wife and son was previously treated rudely. Iwent out there expecting to switch to another provider. It is nice to know you do hire a few good people.
