Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Coralville IA

Ordered a sandwich and fries. Only one employee is running the whole location, but they are polite. When my order was ready, I had to point out they did not make my fries. The employee triple checked my order, saw that I did order fries, and told me they are on the way. Next I watched the employee put my fries in the fryer. About 2 mins later I was given the fries, completely raw inside.

I don't want to blame the employee for their mistake, but this was a very poor experience. Not sure I'll try this again, especially if they expect 1 employee to do everything, when that is clearly too much for one person to handle.

3 different tries to make my sandwich how I ordered and still didn't get it. I just got up and left. Felt like I was getting serious attitude because I wanted the sandwich I ordered. Horrible service. Sandwich might've been ok if I had ever gotten what I ordered.

We see the car driving around, but never stopped in to have a sandwich. We do not have one in our town heading back from a trip. We decided to stop and try their sandwiches. All of us were disappointed the bread was dry and there was a lot of it. Most of the tables were dirty, even though there was only three people besides us there. Definitely disappointing and we definitely will not be going back unfortunately but I’m sure there are people that love their bread. And for three of us it was over $50 for sandwiches chips and drink. Seemed a little pricey. Also, having never been there before, and we even stated that …we were offered no help from the employees. We did not know where to get our drinks or our cups for our drinks we had to ask.

The whole restaurant was full of smoke and my asthmatic child had to leave immediately. The person preparing food was wearing flip flops. This used to be our favorite place to go before Covid, but it hasn’t been the same since it reopened.

GROSS! Was absolutely disgusted by the hygiene and sanitary measures in place in this location. They had a young girl with her long hair down making fries (so long it was touching the fries as she shook them) which was disgusting enough by itself, then she proceeded to eat the fries bare handed out of the pan after serving them to a customer and licking her fingers in the kitchen in front of us.

Very glad we didn’t order fries but honestly terrified to eat our subs if that’s how they handle all of their food.

Will never be going back.

We wanted somewhere other than our usual for lunch and it had been 7 or 8 years since coming here. Much had changed with the addition of new tech; no more writing your order. The kiosks were easy to use but I missed some of the add-on condiments for my sandwich. Still, that was the best part of lunch.
Signage was poor for which parts were self-serve and which was pickup at the counter. But after waiting for the slow build of our sandwiches, I went looking for the chips and drink cups. My lunch companion got his sandwich but no fries or shake. When he asked, they started on the fries. When they finally came, he was more than halfway through his sandwich and still no shake. The fries were in a container much too small for the price and it was barely half full. He went up to ask for a refund on the shake and the cup was found on a counter and slammed down in front of him.
There were two people working and about 10 people eating but they all had their food when we walked in. The Grab and Go shelves had a couple of orders. One was placed there while we waited. The server dropped the drink for that order and picked up the cup, dropped it in the trash and went back to work. The puddle of shake stayed on the floor. When someone came to pick up that order, they discovered the drink was missing. And a replacement drink was started at that time and slammed down when ready.
Definitely our last visit. A decent tuna sandwich can be had a half dozen places in the neighborhood.

Waited over 45 minutes for a singular BLT and I surely wasn’t the only one. Never seen any sub restaurant have this poor of service and time. Extremely disappointed in the establishment and Staff. Poor work guys.

First time ever going. Sandwich was ok. Really understaffed and didn’t have milk or juice for my kids. Lots of better sandwich shops out there.

Still decent sandwiches. Menu completely changed, as well as the way you order. Dropped quite a few options exclusive to their store. (krab salad, french dip, crispy onions, etc) Pretty much a run of the mill sub shop now, just higher priced than subway, jimmy johns. Moving on to Jersey Mikes which just opened up the road.

Twice the price of subway. Literally a slice of meat with huge loaf of bread. Last two times I was here they didn’t have soap or paper towels in the bathroom

Not the greatest deli sandwich ever, but not the worst. Service was quick but sandwich was lacking in flavor. Did enjoy the option to have fries instead of the usual chips offered at chain delis.
