Whylie Vision Clinic of Ankeny reviews
4No licensed or trained Optometrist on staff. First set of glasses the measurements were 3mm off. I was going crossed eye. They adjusted the glasses by bending them to fit. After 3 attempts to make the glasses correct, they still could not. Still do not have any glasses from them and they billed my insurance with the fine print clause they are not at fault. To bad I am not over 65, this would a felony under Medicare fraud.
Completely dissatisfied. I had the same prescription made by Eyeglass World and by Wylie. The Eyeglass World glasses work great and the ones from Wylie are useless - and Wylie is unwilling to do anything about it. They will never get another dollar of mine.
I took our son here for his first eye appointment. Dr. Asman was awesome! Very thorough in her exam and did a great job explaining to myself and our 10 year old each part of the exam. Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Dr. Asman and Vision Clinic of Ankeny.
My wife had prepared for my first eye exam visit by providing the front desk staff with our vision insurance information. I arrived and they can't find the information. They knew my wife's name, and asked for her birthday. Still, they tell me that I do not have vision coverage. Anyway, I paid for the $79.00 eye exam anyway since I took off part of work for it when I should've just paid $15.00.
