Hard to believe, but I drive from Omaha to Clice Iowa for service. Customer service in the past has been great which is why I make the drive. Yesterday was not the best. They were busy, and and did not seem organized. Check in was not the best. When we had our last service, they told us what the extra would be next trip, due to mileage. They actually talked me out of doing it this time around. It appeared they talked me out of the service because they were too busy. We thought while waiting we would look at new Cadillac's to get an idea what's available, but the lot was relatively empty. I can be treated this way anywhere. I am really wondering if I make the effort to return, or just pick a closer location. It didn't appear they were the customer friendly place I was accustomed to.

My Cadillac 2023 CT4 oil service visit last week went very well. My service advisor Aaron Weaver answered all my questions regarding the new vehicle operation. As usual, the work was done on time and a free car wash too.

Provided service as promised in an efficient manner with sufficient communication during the process.

My experience with Willis was first in 2012, when we purchased our Cadillac SRX4. (1 of 2!) Absolutely Love the Service and Friendly people who stand behind the Willis name. We since have purchased our 3rd! This one being an Escalade. Love it and the Service We've grown accustomed to over the last 11 yrs. Our Service Rep is James~ he knows us by name and acts quickly to resolve any problem we may incur. Can't Imagine going anywhere else for our vehicle needs!

I would have given 5 stars because the service was quick and excellent! No complaints about service; however, this is the 3rd time they have tried to charge for an oil change when I paid for maintenance agreement! Please get this corrected!

Have always had great service from Willis Cadillac with my Cadillac SRX. However, I am disappointed the loaner car option cost has increased to $25 ($ is which is reasonable), yet they provided a smaller used Nissan car to drive until my car was ready. I think that most people who have their Cadillac serviced, expect to drive a Cadillac. Thank you.
