Willis Nissan - Service Department reviews
17This place is awesome! Super friendly service, a coffee machine and Wi-Fi while I waited, and they sent me a video of the inspection. I am new to the area and thrilled that this is my new dealership.
They even washed my vehicle! Everyone is so nice and friendly there! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for oil change!
Express Oil change is definitely not express. Arrived on a Wednesday morning at 850am & finally finished at 1136am. Over 2 1/2 hrs for just an oil change. A couple of other customers waited the same amount of time & we were all frustrated. The service advisor was friendly & apologetic but for a simple oil change, I would recommend a quicker place unless you have hours to spare.
Everyone is great, I was looking to purchase a car, too many to choose! I went home to think about it!
Willis Nissan was great. Went to get a oil change and tire rotated. They also do a fantastic job.
After many years of doing business with Nissan, we decided to switch to another company. Nissan's services have gone downhill over the last year.
The maintenance service was great! But their guest wifi is horrible, I was unable to connect my iPad to do some work. I had to use my own hot spot on my cell phone so I can do some work for the 2 hours wait for the car to be done.
Best Nissan dealership in the Midwest. Sales and Service department's are second to none.
Good service. Had time to walk the dogs while Nissan worked on the car. Reasonably priced.
My experience with them was not an experience at all. I found it impossible to make an appointment with them. The online system didn't show an appointment available for over a month. I called 5 times and used 3 different numbers I found online and no one answered other than the time I got the main line and was transferred to service. I found that if I let it ring roughly 20 times I'd finally get an option to leave a message. No one called me back though. After 10 days or so, I decided to try the online system again and found the same date in March was the first day available just like the last time. Then I realized I never got a confirmation message after I booked the appointment the first time. I ended up taking my Pathfinder somewhere else.
Quite possible I've lost my mind, but I don't think so.
Loved the car I had but feel it was cheaply made for price the could use a better sales person
Fantastic service. We were able to see the model we wanted and they brought one around in minutes for us to drive.
Good time on oil change. Informative with needs for tires and shocks. In and out in less than an hour.
So far they've been pretty thorough and haven't tried to oversell me on things that I don't need.
Called to make an appointment for service and the person hung up on me. Called back and they did not answer.
Finally got in for a recall notice. They performed the work on the recall and checked wipers and filters for upselling. In the process they broke the door to the cabin filter (didn't tell me they broke it).
Sales is ok at this location, but service is poor.
For a dealership that prides itself on customer service awards they missed the mark. They have stopped their shuttle service during the pandemic/labor shortage and gave an "all day" estimate for installing new tires/alignment. They've also stopped giving out free car wash coupons when you have work done there. While a bus stop is a. 8 miles walk, it would have been nice to offer a one day bus pass in light of no shuttle service so you can still get places while waiting.
