I love that the staff lives here too. I've actually gotten a chance to get to know them. This area is SOOO much safer now and everyone is helpful. I think the new staff really cares about how it looks.
My only complaint is that when I paid they didn't give me the total amount due. I paid what their app told me to and few days later somehow there was a small balance due and since I don't check my email every day they charged me a $60 late fee. On top of the $10 online pay fee (which they don't tell you about either) and they don't give any other way to pay other than the app. So if your garbage rental is $75 it's ACTUALLY $85! Why don't they just tell you that the rental is $85 instead of sneaking the $10 in there?
