10Stopped in for take out. Was told chicken would take 30 to 40 mins. Waitress kept checking and was told 15 more mins. After over an HOUR they finally told me they lost ticket and would put a rush on it. Said 30 MORE minutes, I said NO WAY and left. If you want food, don't bother going here! I give it a MINUS 10.

1st WOW the price out ragious
2nd WOW place on Locust more like bar then pizza place. Waitress at window arguing food not ready in over hour.
3rf & biggest WOW PIZZA sucked, hardly any ingredients, nothing like 53rd streets.
Now I remembered why I don't go there
They do some of the best wings in the QC. Large and juicy and sauced in your favorite flavors.

Unfortunate enough to walk into this place on a night when they had taken a large catering order. So anyone who walked in was not allowed to order pizza…. Or fried chicken. It would have made just as much sense to close the place. Never again.
Ordered delivery. Was late, cold. Ordered nachos, it was all chips, hardly any meet or cheese and one little thing of sour cream.

When this location first opened. I had a pizza delivered. It showed up burnt and I was unable to eat it. I sent pictures to the owner and he asked for my address to send a gift card to make it right. To this day I never received anything from him. I decided to go in and order a pizza to go. This was a terrible idea. The waitress was disgustingly rude. Debbie, needs to retire or find a different job. I left her a penny for a tip because that's how nasty she was. I've never left a penny before in my life but she deserved it. I will not be back or will I recommend anyone to come here. Bad news travels fast.
What the heck happened to your quality? I'm sorry to say, but it was like eating a Totino's frozen pizza. Barely any meats, and what was on it tasted like it came in a frozen bag from Walmart. The sauce was bland and the cheese distribution and volume was lackluster. Such a disappointment from an establishment I once held in high regard.
