Awful service department, lying about only needing 1 repair them claiming it needs more after that one that are worth significantly more. 1* rating
Sales side is about what you expect from a mediocre dealership. Very pushy, tries to get you to ignore the numbers and focus on monthly payment and lies about percentage on the loans. 2* rating
TLDR: Don't take for repairs and if you have options go somewhere else to buy a car if possible

Have a good car that I take care of. Got the car home and to my disappointment found this front panel hanging down with atleast 5 screws missing. Thankfully it didn’t come off or get damaged. Just lazy work. Really concerns me with how they did the rest of the job seeing such carelessness.

Even though I want to be left alone the sales people stalk you through the lot. Unfortunately this is not an issue unique to this dealership.
*This review is regarding the service department. I have not experienced the sales side of Witham enough to write a detailed review of that side of the business.
Being a dealership, I automatically put the service department at four stars here. That's just how dealerships are nowadays. However, I go down to two stars for two reasons: the cost, and the service. While the work itself seems to have been done well, I would not consider the work that was completed (oil change and tire rotation) to be worth $169. Regarding the customer service, I scheduled my service appointment online, and entered my phone number of course.however, apparently, the scheduling form goes to the sales department and not the service department (and they are not connected, so I was told.), and my service advisor, when I arrived to drop off my car, wrote down my number wrong. Okay, fair enough, that could be my fault just as much as his because the number was vocally given. Nevertheless, the sales department DID contact me on the correct number, so I figured everyone had the right number and I would get a call when my car was done. The sales rep did not make the connection until the following day, and nobody from Witham took any corrective action (no discount, no nothing) for this. I am not super upset, but the fact they never took any semblance of responsibility and never offered a discount of any type, shows they don't really care enough for me to have any desire to bring my car back.
Cael and Marnie were absolutely incredible! Made my first time buying experience super smooth! It was so nice being helped out by Cael - with him being around the same age as me, it made my experience low pressure, low anxiety, and actually a fun time! I can't recommend Cael enough

My experience was outstanding from scheduling the test drive to buying the car. Pat was extremely knowledgeable about everything the atlas cross sport could do; highly recommend this dealership due to the customer service and experience.
Chris was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation. I'd been trying to get my ac fixed for a while and Chris got me in very swiftly and was very open with the status of my car as it was serviced and paperwork was done etc. 10/10 would trust Chris with my car again.
They didn't let us know our vehicle was done, I had to call 45 minutes before they closed to see if it was done and they didn't put paper liners down on my floor carpet mat. It was very dirty and stained from their boots. I had to take it out and scrub it down when I got home. My husband told them and they just said bring it here I will clean it for you.
Try charging someone $90 for a part they can get off line for $16.19.i understand Mark up but that is stealing.this place is garbage.
I'm always given good service here. They made the buying process and service process easy and simple.
Went in for an oil change, as I’m just sitting in the waiting room minding my own business. I was pressed to sit down with a salesman and speak about a trade in and assistance looking for a new vehicle. I just bought my current vehicle (getting the oil change) 4 months ago. I see my car outside done being worked on, but the sales guy says the service writer is still working on my recommended service report (basically other services to sell me that I don’t want) after another 45-60 min, I walk into the service desk to check on my vehicle since no one has called me yet. Yep, my car JUST got finished. Wierd, it’s been sitting out there for at least 45 min. I pay my bill, then receive another phone call, a couple different text messages about buying a new car from Witham. Not happy with this experience or pressure to buy a vehicle when I just want to get my oil changed.
