I highly recommend Wolfe Eye Clinic to anyone who is considering getting LASIK done. The staff is friendly and thoughtful and Dr. Mason went out of his way to ensure that my surgery experience was a good one.

We had a appointment at 3 and we are still wating the room was pack they over book and another thing they have a tv and you couldn't even hear the dame thing while you wait that long. They finally called him in 4.32 over a hour an half. Pretty sad.

Very long wait for laser treatment on my eyes. The laser was was not successful. Very disappointed.

Everyone was very friendly & knew what they were doing.thank you for good customer serious and making me feel more at ease.

I received excellent care from all of the staff and several helpful suggestions for dealing with the inevitable discomfort associated with the procedure.

My experience was ok, but I was surprised when I was to get the shot for my wet macula, I didn't think the tech was as careful about sterile conditions as they did where I was getting my shots previously.

Dr. Mason came very highly recommended by one of the nurses at Mercy One in New Hampton. I now understand why she made this recommendation; my wife and I both had appointments and we're very satisfied with the services provided.

Always have a good experience no matter which office I go to: Waterloo or Cedar Falls. The Technicians are all so friendly and accommodating.

I thought it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Mason took time with me to explain what he will be doing when I have cataract surgery. I feel very prepared.

I arrived about 12 minutes before my appointment time. I completed most of the necessary paperwork in advance of the appointment. I was one of the first appointments of the morning. I did not get called for my eye exam until more than 15 minutes after my appointment time. I was not happy with the wait time.
The exam went well. Dr. Mason determined that I did not qualify for cataract surgery. He did provide a second opinion about my glaucoma diagnosis and changed one of my eye drop medications.
Medicaid and my supplemental coverage did not pay $185 of my exam cost. That was a bit of a shock for a second opinion with very little additional exam equipment.

This is the first eye clinic that I have been. It was very organized. Everyone performed their respective responsibilities in a courteous and professional manner. I felt cared for and kindly aided.

The people at front desk answered my questions re: the online chart access and provided me with a phone number if I had any trouble.
