Professional and personal as always Dr Sagau is the best and has been for 25 years caring for my eyes

I have been a patient of Wolfe Eye Clinic for at least 25 years, probably more, and have nothing to say except I have always received the best of care by friendly staff and personable and thorough care by physicians! 5/5!

Dr. Vincent was my doctor for cataract and glaucoma treatment. He and his staff were outstanding. Although I was concerned about some of the outcomes of my surgeries they assured me everything would turn out well. They were right.

Easy check up. Didn't realize how bad my eyes were until I went for a visit. Accepted my insurance, pick out glasses and they came 3 days later!

I thought the staff was very thorough and did a very good job explaining everything to me.

The Ames clinic was poor this time. Contact fitting still isn’t right i said ok because i didnt want to go back. I am just buying one lens. The billing was horrible. Our insurance said Ames was in network. The billing office one person said they don’t take it, one person said they do. I have asked for itemized bills several times so i can send it myself. I still haven’t received it. I usually 100 % like them. Not Ames

Loved the way I was treated from the moment I walked in the door to the time I walked out.

This was my first time at this office and it was amazing! From the first lady I spoke with to the nurse to the Dr, Everyone was so very friendly and caring. Even when I made the initial appointment on the phone, the person that I spoke with was very understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend this wolfe eye clinic office.

The staff were very professional and kind. They answered all the questions I had and after seeing the doctor I was given my prescription and an appointment for my next checkup!

My experience was great! I only waited a short time in the waiting room and for the doctor in the exam room. Dr. Gidell was very upbeat and positive!

I am so impressed with the level of service I received on such short notice and how swiftly I was able to receive my new glasses thanks a million

2 hour wait to see the Dr.for a very short appt.after dialation. He didn't engage at all on a friendly basis. He was very abrupt. Obviously very busy. Never felt like that in all the years I've been going there.

I waited 2 hours to not see a doctor. I got up and down multiple times to do different tests and each time simply told to wait in the waiting room. After waiting an hour, I asked how much longer I had to wait and was told another half hour. It would have been nice to know rather than “wait in the waiting room”. I walked out as I had to get back to work. No respect for patients time.

Followup appointment with Dr Massop was great. He is a fantastic retina specialist and would highly recommend to anyone.

Kris, whom I have known for years always treats me like a queen, as does every one there. Dr. Gadell is my Dr. He is always very patient with me. Answers my questions no matter how dumb they may sound. I now have to drive 125 miles but everyone there is worth the drive. Thank you all. Frances Rouse

Dr and staff were very interested with the medical problems I have been dealing with this year.

The entire team is always friendly, efficient and very comprehensive in their examinations. It is an excellent eye clinic!
