Prepare to be jerked around if you have Amerigroup Insurance. They scheduled me 3 months out for an exam. When I called back the next day as a self pay, they could see me in two weeks.
Then they cancelled that appointment a week later.
I went somewhere else, PAID over $800 out of pocket to a provider who simply told me up front they don't take Medicaid.

Really nice customer service. I never felt rushed out pressured to make a decision.
My prescription is two-fold. Progressives (trifocals) for everyday, and bifocals for computer (I work in IT so these glasses are worn 5 days a week for work.
Wolfe eye clinic got my prescription correct on the first try. The last two eye centers took multiple times to get the prescription correct. Wolfe also understood my need of Varilux lenses with Crizal lens coating.
I love my glasses!

I had my second appointment here and Dr Dan was super helpful. He listened the problems I’m having and he answered all my questions and then he carefully checked both of my eyes. I left relieved by knowing what the problem is. Definitely recommend.

I received my very first eye exam (as an adult) at Wolfe Clinic in Fairfield today. I had some concerns over recent vision deterioration. Doctor Dan was more than helpful in his thorough evaluation. He explained what was going on and what my options were. I was seen at my appointed time, addressed in a friendly manner, and received a quick checkout with more info on vitamins and foods that I can add to help with my issue. I will be returning here for any eye care in the future.
