Great food and perfect to sit down with friends and enjoy a long meal. Highly recommend the crab Rangoon dip, or anything it's on.

This place has earned it's reputation, absolutely amazing. The food is incredible and the staff are wonderful. My wife is giving birth to our daughter tomorrow and was struggling to fit into a booth, an incredibly polite gentleman escorted us to another booth that could accommodate her better. I found out the gentleman who helped us was the owner Matthew. A sincere thank you to everyone there, we will definitely be back!

We stopped by for a 2nd visit in the evening. It is a great place to enjoy the evening with others. Evan was our server and did a wonderful job taking care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the wine and the food. We'll be back again soon!

Not the best food in Osky. It was the best food I had in Iowa. Traditional pub flare updated with a twist. Creative dishes, delicious and well done, that you've never seen before. Creole Cavatappi. OMG. Famous for their burger, did not disappoint. Ate at the bar because they were packed with a wait. Well above average Rye Manhattan.

Jennifer and I have always enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere and service at Wood Iron Grill. Food quality it top notch, and you can count on a good selection of local beer on tap. One of our go-to places in this part of Iowa.

Wood iron is by far our favorite date night restaurant in town! The food is always amazing and i don't think we have ever had bad service there? ! The sweet hostess always acts so happy to see us and we absolutely love when we get Sadie as our server. She is so attentive and friendly and always remembers us and treats us like VIPs! I do wish there were a few more vegetarian options on the menu, but am always grateful they can modify my favorite pasta dish to be meat free. The creole cavatappi (sp?) pasta is so freaking good! Love love love Wood Iron Grill!

Great atmosphere and the cherry cheesecake dessert was delicious. Good portion sizes. I had the buffalo chicken flatbread, which was good.

Great food, very fresh, lots of original items I've never seen anywhere else that were all very delicious. The service was great. We appreciated that their hours posted are truly their kitchen hours (although we still called to verify out of respect and encourage you to do the same). They didn't rush us out the door either. We will definitely be back.

The food was well made and tasty, very nice atmosphere as well nestled up to the golf course. I had the wings and cheesecake which were both very nice.

Fantastic food and service! I had the smokey chicken sandwich and I thought it was great and my husband had mushroom swiss and he loved it. Cheese curds were very good also. Good job guys and hope to come visit you again.

Amazing food not a lot of options for sunshi in Oskaloosa was nice to see it as a special some of the best I've ever had. Husband and a burger and I had prime rib absolutely delicious! Our server was so sweet tipped him 25%!

Wood Iron Grille is overall a pretty decent place. It’s pretty expensive and the food is good. For value though this probably isn’t the best place. Not a bad choice, but not the best choice either in my opinion.
