I just like transparency and honesty, so for the “amazing” Jessica to offer a job in the interview, explain that she just needs to make sure they have a position available, that she’d know in just a few hours and for us to follow up, and in just a moment for her to switch and say yes they did have several positions available but I had several people waiting for weeks. Like, don’t puff and lie and then have an explanation for why you can’t do what you said. I wouldn’t even mind if you warned us like we do have a few candidates ahead especially so we didn’t have to provide a drug test for no reason, etc.sometimes they get you excited just to be able to tell employers we have several applicants all the while they help who they want. Pretty frustrating experience.

Great for workers, Back in 2021 when I was financially drowning and needed to work, I made a call to work sources and they offered me work. Jessica was very helpful to find me my interested position. This time around I’m looking to get hired for long term.

Say we have work and to come in and get place but when you go in there no work staff great but have same outcome as other staffing companies come in and no work

This organization is the real deal! Straight to the point, and they legit do what they say, which is get you on with a job that matches YOU and your needs & skill set wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

Just places you at a job. Doesn't advocate for you as an employee. Tells you to come to them when you have an issue with placement but does nothing about it. Then acts shocked when you call to end placement and tells you that there is no where they can place you. Does a great job in showing a person they don't want you working.

Edit. So you say I did not disclose my disability. Wow. Just an outright lie. Big round of applause

I have been through a few staffing agencies in last few months and i have to say that worksource staffing was by far the best.very professional everybody had a smile on their face and very welcoming.was a vary warm yet authentic vibe I've never had an interview that I wasn't a little nervous for this one i felt completely at ease straight to the point Jennifer Diaz is very responsive had me in for interview the next day very impressed

I was not happy about the interview as I was only there not even 10 mins and didn't even talk about the jobs that was available and etc. I didn't talk to anyone else in the office except the person at the front desk.
