WOW! I stopped by World of Vision today to make an appointment to get new glasses. The refreshing attitude of the employees there was outstanding. An appointment was a month out, but when i told them i was going on vacation in 2 days, the girls fixed my broken glasses and cleaned them. It was great to be treated with respect and as a valued customer. Dr. Russell Gist earned my business forever. Thank you for making my day
My experience at World of Vision has been nothing short of excellent. The staff and Dr. Gist are extremely helpful and friendly, and I was amazed at the lengths they were willing to go to accommodate for my specific needs and situation. After visiting other eye care providers in the Ankeny area, I am convinced that World of Vision is the only place I want to go for all future my eye care needs.
They went above to make my kids and myself feel comfortable for our appointments. My youngest son was terrified and Dr. Gist was incredible with him. They explained everything thoroughly and gave us time to ask questions. Did not upsell and we’re all-over fabulous. Will recommend.
World of Vision has taken outstanding care of my family since I was young. The staff is amazing and always gets to know their customers. A special thanks to Lindsay, who is a new face and a friendly one. Lindsay was so helpful and funny.
