Wright-Way Trailers reviews
15These folks have a great selection of trailers, parts and supplies. Easy to work with on new trailer sales as well. Highly reccomended. Great service, friendly staff.
Solid place to buy a trailer. I got my enclosed ATC trailer from Wright Way in July. Pickup was a breeze, everything was as expected. Since deliverive taken the trailer in once to have some accessories added and they did a great job with that too.
Worst place ever to fill propane. We paid over $30 for a 20lb refill. When we asked why it was so expensive, the employee blew us off. Rude service, price gouging and at least $10 more than an average refill in this area. Thanks Wrong-way I will definitely not be back.
The salesmen are not knowledgeable. I was put on hold while they had to get multiple answers for me over several days. I finally made a purchase. If you give these guys a cashiers check and the banks phone number to verify. That's not enough. This cashiers check can't be canceled and could be verified as cash. Yet they held the M. S. O.for a week until the cash came into their account. ZERO common sense. Never trust a customer, is their motto. If you have a problem with the trailer after you leave. The owner will tell you he's not responsible and I would have to pay out of my pocket for any repairs until the receipts are turned into the manufacturer. None of this is disclosed before the sale.
This store puts their dealership decals on all 4 sides of your new trailer to get free advertising.
Unless you did what I did. Remove every taped on decal. Roll it into a black ball of vinyl and toss it in the trash.
Don't buy anything here. There is No appreciation for your business. Also, there is to many competitor's that want your business.
I bought a larger trailer from Wright-Way trailers. Salesman was very knowledgable and friendly. I have also had another old trailer serviced there, and they did an excellent job. Nice assortment of hitches present in front office as well.
Brand new trailer came with a rusted out pole so they replaced it with a bigger size, goes from side to side when I take a turn. Left with no spare tire and I called and asked, they said they forgot. After picking up spare tire I went home and got a call a 2 hours later and was told I need to pay 350$ because it didn’t come with a spare tire. Maybe I should’ve paid more for a better quality dump but I thought 11,000 was a lot. Really disappointed that I specifically called and asked before getting the trailer if it would be 12’ like advertised.and they said yes.come to find out with the doors closed it’s not even close. TAPE MEASURE needed!
What a great place. I needed a tongue jack replacement on our dump trailer, so called up Wright-Way Trailers to see that's something they do. I talked to Mike in the service department and he suggested that I bring the trailer in to see if they had what I was looking for. They had the correct tongue jack and installed it right on the spot. The price was just right! Thanks Mike and Wright-Way. I recommend this place to anyone looking to service or buy a trailer. They have many parts to choose from and they also fill propane tanks.
Soooooooo expensive tire and wheel for my gooseneck trailer they told me 410 $ wuaooo of course i didn't buy it.
Drove all over town looking for RV propane refill. maps had a bit of a hard time getting me there but once I pulled up nothing but helpful and informative service. Gentleman answered all my dumb questions and told me to come on back for more which I will certainly do. Thank you Wright-Way, doing it the Right-Way:)
Kevin is a first-class salesman. He made sure my wife found the perfect horse trailer. She had a great buying experience.
Who charges for an estimate anymore? I had to pay $25+tax to get a repair estimate. Took 30 min to do a walk around, take a couple pictures and then put it on paper. The guy didnt seem to excited that I chose to patronize their business either.
Outstanding service, helped me in an emergency with my trailer while I was traveling! Got me back on the road with my trailer fixed better than new, great people.
I have purchased trailers from Wright-Way and this is a great place to get propane refills.
Great staff that works there. I only go there to get propane refills. They have an awesome staff and great prices
The gentleman was very helpful with answering my question and showing me the lock that would best fit my need
