This was written by me, not my daughter. I saw first hand what a disaster and misrepresentation your "boutique " is! You did not have a vendor show, you were open Saturday and Sunday. Oh and I reminded you to turn on your open sign because still in the afternoon it was off. As many times as I have driven by there is never anyone shopping there. You take advantage of people and the vendors are paying your rent because obviously you aren't selling anything. You misrepresented everything. We have sold everywhere else we've vendored at, except for your boutique! You assured her you were established and with the steady flow in your store, her candy would sell. You are not established. Your store is a disaster! West Glen area please look into this business, the woman running this is taking complete advantage of others. Shame on you! And you could have prevented all of this by doing the right thing and refunding her money! Zero stars

XO might have been a good salon, but it's a total embarrassment to the West Glen area now! Not reliable on hours, a total mess and shambles in what she calls a boutique. Unreliable, unprofessional, and misrepresents to those with items in her store. Most of her staff have quit because they have integrity and won't be apart of this scam. West Glen take a close look, you do not want a business of business person like this representing this area! If I could I would have given a zero stars!

The website that took over this business is not a salon but it is a scam website that took over the Salons website after they went out of business. Do not purchase from them. They are not responsive, will not refund you your money.
