I would share the same comments about lack of response via email. I’ve called twice, both times Steph was friendly & helpful. However she’s not responded to my handful of emails & has never made the effort to call me back about my request. I really wanted to stay local to support a local business & avoid ordering online. A person shouldn’t have to beg for her business.

Emailed a Steph a few times regarding work clothing but had no response any of those times.

Had some issues with email however i love stephs outgoing personality and she reached out to me right away to fix the gap.
