I'm a bit of a shade tree mechanic myself. Went in to pick up some parts for a project I'm working on. Tony not only has an in-depth knowledge of velomobiles, but also one of the best mustache's in the biz. The sales and inventory manager, Phoenix, is a lovely human being as well. Oh, and that bald dude that helps out in the service area occasionally, so nice, and a really great understanding and exposition of existentialism from Kierkegaard to Camus, while bleeding hydraulic disk breaks! Don't even get him started on William James!

Zach was the best. Love that guy. He was always in a good mood and willing to help. Since ownership has changed I still like this bike shop. The new owner has been helpful every time I went in. Keep up the good work.

Any reviews from 2 years ish or more ago, do not let this guy take credit for. The OLD owners were the nicest ppl ever. Zach and company were awesome people. The new owner is the most confrontational person I have ever encountered in any business setting. Even before getting to the store I called ahead and he immediately notified me he could do nothing for me cuz he’s booked til November, completely. I was trying to ask about an inner tube… yet I see reviews from this week saying people got in and out with repairs in two days, seems like fake reviews to me. His girl employee seems to feed off his negative energy too, I asked about a product and was told to just go check Walmart. I tried asking the guy owner a couple questions thinking owning a bike shop would give you some sort of expertise you might share with an inquiring customer but this guy has zero interest in helping it seems. So condescending. Appalling. Just plain rude!

Great local bike company. Very reasonable prices for repairs on our three bikes, and they did the repairs in less than two days. With young kids who love to ride bikes, each beautiful summer day without their bikes leaves them out of their friend circle, and Xtreme Wheels Bike and Sport got the bikes fixed quickly, and I and my wife really appreciate that!

Staff was very rude and made my aunt feel very unwelcomed there. She went to Omaha off Martha street and got better bike with better customer service!

I bought all my bicycles here and taking them in to be tuned up every year. After every tune up my bike feels like it's almost brand new, too. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
