Robbie was most excellent! I have a tiny house and he was able to work around my cats and furniture to get everything cleaned. Some of my rugs have never been cleaned and look amazing now!

Friendly service at very reasonable price with coupon. Was able to get appointment within the week. Came when expected and called on his way over in advance, and I appreciated the text to confirm appointment when made and reminder call the day in advance. Got almost all the spots out.

Wonderful experience from scheduling to completion of carpet cleaning. Technician was very professional, personable and great at communicating. We are very pleased with how the carpets look. Would definitely use them again.

Your people did a great job so down to earth and making sure ever square inch that could be cleaned was cleaned, and and water was wiped up with a rag to make sure everything was dry. Robbie, did a great job. He was friendly and professional. This the first time we used Zerorez and Robbie took the time to explain the process. We did a walk through before he started and inspected the different trouble spots. I was very pleased with the job he did. It is refreshing to find a young man who takes such pride in his work.

I scheduled my appointment for the next day online. Recieved a confirmation for the appointment time. Rick C.called ahead to let me know he was on his was and showed up as expected. He went over the process and made sure I had no questions before he started. Carpets look amazing! Rick did a great job, super nice guy too! Highly recommend.

Carpets look wonderful, zerorez did release a funky smell from the carpet, the tech said it was from the heat transfer, took a few hours to disapate. If it wasn't for that I would be leaving 5 stars.

Sam did a great job! He was conscientious and meticulous about doing the job well. He explained the process and timeframe completely. We had our carpets cleaned less than 2 months ago by another company, and ZeroRez and Sam did a tremendously better job.
We will never use another company again.

Excellente service, very detailed and thorough cleaning. They apply a carpet pre treatment and check for spots before the cleaning. I have used this service twice, very pleased both times. Not using shampoos or any other soap-like cleaner seems to really help maintain the carpet free of any grime. Technicians show up on time, the give you a call letting you know they're on their way.

We had our air ducts cleaned by zerorez. They arrived at the beginning of the arrival window and explained how the process would work. It was an easy and smooth appointment! We would recommend them.

Our realtor paid for the carpets our new house to be cleaned before we moved in. When we did the walk through there were multiple stains and dirty walking path areas after Zerorez was here for a cleaning. Once we took possession of the house, we used our carpet cleaner and it took out the stains in the basement as well as pulled out tons of dirty areas of the upstairs carpets. I would not recommend using Zerorez.

Robbie is awesome! Polite educational and takes great pride in his work. My entire house smells sooo much better and looks awesome! Took his time hardworking and very thorough! Ready for the holidays!

My carpet looks AND smells amazing! Just as our serviceman disconnected and was about to pack up, my 2 year old spilled an entire cup of milk on the carpet. He reconnected and cleaned it up! WONDERFUL service.
