Ziggi's Coffee, Ankeny IA

I never met such wonderful crew from ziggis here in Ankeny! They been a blessing to me everytime I drive in for a delightful cup of coffee for my morning experience! My whipped cream was filled to the top and my coffee was made correctly. The ladies and gentlemen have taken my order with fast and convenient service! Nobody can replace Ziggis coffee! Let's represent them for the best coffee around Ankeny, IA!

The spicy chai was pretty all right. I was a little hungry and they were real low on options in that area. Also, they closed at 7: 00, which is kind of a bummer. Overall a solid joint though.

Love this place except - please get an awning for both your menu ordering and pick up window areas!

I had 8 out of the 10 visits required to earn a free beverage before I visited yesterday, and then my visit again today would have been my 10th punch. However they are refusing to honor my punches because they have switched to an app. The drink I get is over $9. That's $90 I have spent at this establishment in good faith that my 11th one would be free. A reputable business would have honored my punch card, or at least allowed me to transfer the punches over to the new app. Needless to say I won't be going back again.

If you've been following me you've noticed that I make coffee stops around the Des Moines area. Today was my first visit to the Ziggi's at 18th and Irvinedale in Ankeny, and I gotta say it was a 5 star visit. Usually a pretty busy place, but on this early afternoon I was 2nd in line at the drive-up. Couple minutes later I was greeted my an enthusiastic employee on the speaker who took my order of a plain decaf coffee with cream and sugar. Waited no more than a minute for the car in front of me to get their order, and I was at the window. VERY pleasant young lady, and we completed my purchase quickly.

The coffee was excellent, and if you drink decaf, you that that ordering at a new place can be risky. The coffee was smooth, and didn't have that metallic or bitter taste of some decafs.

So, 5 stars for Ziggis, and here's a shot of me enjoying the coffee with a fine road song.

Discovered Ziggi’s in colorado while on vacation and didn’t realize there was one in Ankeny! I live in altoona and always try to stop at ziggis while in ankeny, sometimes we drive over to ankeny just for ZIGGIS! Staff is phenomenal, always friendly always fast. Will continue coming here!

Drive-thru was quick and efficient. I only saw two ladies working and they took my order and got everything ready, in my opinion for a coffee house, very quickly. Ordered a couple drinks and breakfast food items. Extremely friendly. Competitive pricing. Close to my house. Will definitely be returning.

I got the Frozen Spicy Chai, and it was absolutely delicious! My fiance got the Mile High Twist and she loved it! Gave herself some brain freeze.but we can't fault the store for that, now can we.lol
Wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5!

My first time ordering a drink from here was stellar. The staff here has divine customer service skills and are incredibly knowledgeable of their menu. I felt so happy after leaving here. They made me feel valued. Will be back for more!

I did love the new pumpkin pie latte it was delicious. I used to have a rewards card but was told theu don't do it anymore. I get rewards from the other coffee shops I go to and spend $120 a month on coffee beverages.

I also wish they would offer more special off menu items. One of my pet peeves o. The 20 coffee shopes I would rate below this one is we can put anything in your drink. Do I have to be a batista to order something delicious.

I like Ziggi's and used to go there more before I could get rewards anymore.

I've had to work from home since COVID started and I'm so happy to have such a high quality coffee shop in my own neighborhood. I was also thrilled to find out not only are their speciality drinks amazing they have the BEST spicy sausage breakfast burrito! Great service, atmosphere, and quality drinks. Ziggi's is the best part of my day.

Came to ziggis tonight to get a hot chocolate at 7: 20 with full knowledge that they close at 8: 00 pm every night, sat in the drive through where the worker saw us and proceeded to pretend we were not there and made eye contact with me several times. We sat there until 7: 30 when she finally sat there and stared at us and shut off the lights. EXTREMELY disappointing be better.

First time customer. Plenty of parking. Clean & spacious inside. Outdoor patio available. Gals at the counter were very attentive & friendly. Good Latte & scone. Breakfast sandwiches & desserts. Drive up was moving quickly from our view inside. Fair prices. Will visit again.

Great coffee and cafe area. They give free samples of chocolate covered espresso beans. Yum!

Iced coffee with caramel and cream was spot on! Atmosphere is very modern and industrial! Very cool! Highly recommend!
