The service technician came to our house at night right before a snowstorm. It was an after-hours call. We had a plugged line. Cost was responsible. $250 to 300

Due to a drain flooding part of our basement we were forced to search for emergency plumbers on a Saturday night. I contacted two companies. Zippy was able to send someone within the hour versus the other company that didn’t even call me back until the next day.

We were very happy with our visit from Ian. He quickly diagnosed it as a blocked sewer line. He was in and out quickly, explained the problem thoroughly, and cleaned up after himself. We’ve had bad luck with other plumbers so we’re happy to have a quality one on standby now.

Chris A did a great job from start to finish, have had issues with other companies in the past not doing a thorough job and Chris knocked it out of the park. Well recommend to anyone and everyone, was also nice to not have a mess to clean up after like some of your competitors leave.

We called after fighting with Homeserve all day about why they couldn't find a plumber to come and clean our main line. Called Zippy Drain, they took our info and within 2min Ian called and was enroute to our location. 30min, the drain was cleared. Friendly and Zippy!

Ian was awesome! He came to our place in a timely manner and cleaned out our sewer line with ease! He even cleaned up after he was done!

Had some water stoppage in the basement. Submitted a service request and Zippy Drain (Ian) came out the next day! Ian identified the problem and quickly resolved it. Very fast response, and our problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. A clogged sewer line to the septic tank. Ian did a very thorough job. I would recommend Zippy to anyone.

Ian R.was remarkable in his time, EFFORT, & HONESTY! (period/full-stop). House built in late '40's "old Ankeny". This is literally THE 1st time ALL drainage issues have been resolved since taking possession in 2009.5x's using other "highly recommended" outfit's & 1st time not being charged sep fee per drain serviced, or led to believe the problem is more then what is. (insert top 2 on "Googl3 Guaranteed" here+ anthother "household name"). Anyhow, ended up spending 2x $ w/ several failed DIY attempts after "YouTube University" LeArNeD mE gOoD.good enough to make me dangerous (Not being funny, the dog shakes & family avoids me when I try & fix things). Finally resolution thank you! Truly.

I had Roto-Rooter out 4 days earlier spent one hour working on my drain and tried charging me $565, after showing him his mistake reading a clock he charged me $297 and said I needed to spend 10k-25k for a new line. Spoke with Zippy and set up an appt, Ian arrived early, completed a full clear in less than 30 minutes, charged half of what Roto-Rooter did, actually CLEANED up the mess they left behind and followed up with two calls. Great to restored my faith in humanity, will never use anyone other than Zippy! THANKS SO MUCH!

We had a drain stopped in our basement, we called Zippy Drain first thing in the morning and they had someone at our house before noon. Ian was responsive, answered all of my questions, and had our drain cleaned in a quick and professional manner. Would highly recommend to anyone needing drain cleaning.

Nate and Seth were amazing!

I had a toilet backing up and water coming up through the shower and also not draining on a Sunday.

Whoever was on call on 9/11/22 (sorry I can't remember the name) was also super helpful and walked us through how to postpone the problem until Monday when it would be a lot cheaper for them to come out and assist with the problem.

Nate and Seth came out and were on time, professional, personable, and super knowledgeable as well.

They fixed our problem and gave us tips on what new toilet to buy for our home.

The pricing was also very fair for everything that they did.

I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.
