I drive a truck and I was parked at the shell next to the Taco Bell in Junction City Ks, I wanted some kind of breakfast so I walked over to the taco bell just to find out that the front door was locked and since it was after 9 am you would figure it would not be locked since the hours were 7 am until 12 midnight. Needless to say I didn't get any breakfast at the Taco Bell in Junction City, Ks.

It says they are open for breakfast at 7am I went to the door at 7: 48am the lights are out and the door is locked no sing saying the lobby is closed nothing. For a business like this it's unacceptable to run a business when you are not open when you are supposed to be.

It’s good on occasion the lady was really rude this morning and had attitude. There was a kids chair that had left over cheese from the night before on it and some of the tables didn’t look cleaned at all. You could see sticky spots from different angles.

The 2 are because one person was kind enough to inform me that my food was ready for pick up. I am grateful for that one person.
Thanks to their attitude, I decided cooking my own food was the best action.

Look, these people that work here are truly some of the nicest people. But, I think it's been like 3 or 4 times they have messed up my burrito order.

The location itself is pretty clean.
The staff are very nice.
The food tastes great.
Accuracy of the order however is just lacking. Other than that, this crew does an awesome job.

The food had been sitting in the warmer for a while when I went there, and the reason I know that is cause the crunch wrap didn't have any crunch to it, and the hard tacos were soggy

Theyre slow, but at least they get your order right, not like the Taco Bell in the 18th Street that they always gives my order wrong.

Went through the drive-thru but every time I have been through there everybody that has worked there that I have coming to contact with has been professional, and courteous.

Absolutely the slowest fast food place I’ve been to!
When I entered the store, there was 1 family and 2 individuals waiting on food plus 1 car in the drive thru. The restaurant and drive thru otherwise remained empty the whole time I was there. I ordered a soft taco supreme and a crunchwrap. It took 23 minutes to receive my order despite the fact that there were 5 employees in the back working on the food. Of the 3 orders that came out before mine, 2 had to be brought back up because they were incorrect or missing items, so clearly the back was not running very smoothly. The slow speed was very frustrating since I chose Taco Bell over the nearby Qdoba believing it would be faster as I passed through town.

Have tried calling the restaurant and no one answers the phone. Placed an order for delivery last night and it was never delivered. My money was taken but no food was given. Tried calling and they placed on hold for 20 mins with no response. I'm going to keep trying to find a way to get a hold of them because this is wrong and there is no way to contact anyone and tell them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY. I ordered a promotional item that was shown on the menu at a certain price. While they were ringing up the order, the screen stated the promotional item was a higher price. I asked about it and he said it's the computers fault and he can't do anything about it. I go to the window and I asked again about the price.

He talks with manager with a gold grill and the manager comes over. The manager stated if you look at the menu, it says 'prices are subject to change. ' then I asked him if I can get out and look at it, and he says sure. I get out, walked to the drive thru menu, and looked for the verbiage. However I could not find it. When I got back to my car, the manager said 'did you really just get out and hold my line up to check'. I said yes, you said I could.

After this, a different person yelled, 'do you want the food or not' and I said yes, I want the food. So the original drive thru person said the higher price. Then I said i want the food for the price listed on the menu. He then yells at me saying if you aren't going to pay this price, then leave my drive thru line.

I don't see why I was gaslighted, confronted, and yelled at about something as simple as a price listed on the menu.

Terrible customer service.

Spent $50 on four people, using the app. Pickup was walk in at 630. Get there, dining room is closed. Use drive thru. Ok. Get to speaker, they have no order for me. It was "not in their system". Their system still took my money out of my account! I had proof I ordered it. I had my order on the app! This place has really gone down hill. If I don't get an answer after contacting them, I will be doing a charge back. I also will never go back. My son used to go there a couple times a week. No more.

On October 17th, my son found a piece of string in his cheesy rollup. That's completely disgusting and unprofessional. I will never come back to this Taco Bell or order from them ever again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordering and the wait was average, the person taking the order wasn't very attentive and rushed us through the order. Once we received our order 2 of the 3 meals were made wrong.

They hadn't restocked lids or straws. Had to wait on staff for much of any kind of a service because they were shorthanded and focused on drive thru.

Love their food. Taco supreme with guacamole. Mmm. (UPDATE) Went today and guacamole tasted strange. Went again 9/3/22 guacamole tasted real strange and they were out of mild sauce.

Stopped for dine in with my wife and 2 daughters. The staff, faculty and food were good. The speed was fast. We would eat here again.

Always something is down for them. The service is extremely slow. Customer service is not great at all. Pls redo class for training or inspection
