The older lady that works there is sooooo rude! She told me she wasn’t going to help me and to have the other guy help me all because I told her that she can scan my code on my phone! I’m not sure how she’s still working there, she’s rude to all the costumers and the workers there!

I hardly ever write reviews, especially for places other than restaurants, but I had such a good experience here. A gentleman wearing a cowboy hat/fedora was beyond nice. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Walked in the store and my allergies went nuts and the store smells like a litter box that's long overdue to be changed.

As a former employee, This is by far the best UPS store to go to and to work for. The entire staff is stupidly nice and goes well above the expectations for customer service. All of them are very very nice and negotiable, and have no problem at all explaining said thing that may not make sense at first. The only negative reviews on here I assure you is one’s from customers who could not be helped anymore than they already have been helped.
Please keep in mind that this is not the Delivery side of ups (you know with the drivers) but instead it is the customer service and retail end of ups. No they cannot fix all of your problems like the ‘United Problem Solvers’ trade mark but can fix a good 89% of them. Which is saying a lot since most customer service centers can’t even half that.
As for my experience working there; I’ve never been treated and cared for so nicely. Everyone in the staff does truly care. The manager, Mary, possibly has the biggest heart of all though. She did not hesitate to help me out as much as she could, and that is truly deeply appreciated. Not only as a manager to the employees but also the customers too. There’s been countless times where she does go above and beyond for the customer’s print job or claim invoice.
I strongly recommend going here for all your packaging and service needs.

Clean, professional business. Mary is amazing to work with and her staff is equally as helpful and friendly. So accommodating, absolutely no issues with packages over the 5 years I’ve had a box. I don’t care where I live in KC, I’ll make the drive for the quality customer service. Also, the printing services are quick and great quality the times that I have used them. Highly suggest this location.

Every time I come to this store it is an absolute disappointment. It is always an excuse as to why they can't help me or accept a package I have brought them. Complete worthless why even being business if you can't even accept a UPS package at the UPS Store

My mother was in this location today and a racist employee racially profiled my mother and clearly did not know that certain documents were OPTIONAL and continued to harass and belittle my mother. This is not the first time me or my mother have been racially profiled so I know for a fact that this pathetic excuse of an employee has racially profiled plenty of other POC customers and that has me scared and seething with anger and disgust. If I don’t receive a response from whomever about how this will be handled to prevent any further racial profiling, expect a call from me.

I've been using this UPS store at 94th and Quivira for years. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. This store had a good supply of greeting cards and packing supplies. They also can help you with your copying, printing, and custom card needs. This is an excellent UPS store!

Great service. The people that work in the UPS store at Oak Park Commons stay connected, engaged and alert. The best mailbox service I have ever seen. A UPS store that diligently works to earn its clientele.

If I could rate at zero stars, I would. I paid for 2 day delivery on a package. It arrived 6 days later. After an attempt to get a refund on the difference between 2-day and normal delivery (about $70) with UPS, I was told I had to take it up with the store. After 2 phone calls and 2 visits to the store, I was told it was not guaranteed for delivery (not advised that when I spent the $100) and that no refund would be issued. Not even an offer to split the difference or anything similar. I consider this a complete lack of customer service.

I would not recommend this store or UPS for any package delivery.

This is the best UPS Store! Everyone there is so nice and friendly and very professional! I don’t want to go anywhere else for my packages!

I am so impressed by the employees at this store as I am always greeted by friendly employees who are happy to help with anything. My delivery needs are always handled with great care and during the holiday season when it was crazy busy their professional, pleasant demeanor remained consistent.
