Heather Hadi and her team have been extremely helpful, they have made the process of my case so easy from the beginning I was able to put my full trust in them bc they truly showed me how much they cared. I would 100% recommend them. I can tell Ms.hadi is truly passionate about the cases she takes on. Stefani and Jackelin have made me feel very comfortable with every step of the process. They have answered all of my questions professionally and in the most understandable way. All in all I give this office and it’s staff and a complete 5 star because they deserve it

Heather really is an amazing person. She listen to you & truly gives you the best options. She helped me so much with my custody & immigration case. Her team is absolutely helpful & do their very best in giving you information. I would 100% recommend.

My wife and I hired her her costing us over $1000 we filled out an immigration form for her to to submit she didn’t even review it to see if it was thoroughly completed. She never even contacted us we waited a year almost turns out our application for a visa wasn’t thoroughly completed so it was denied. She is such a con artist she basically does nothing but takes your money. No refund no apology just wants $530 more for a resubmission. I’m starting to wonder if it ever was really submitted to begin with. It’s her job to make sure we do the application process right. Don’t give her your money this attorney is incompetent. Just wants your money with no guidance.

They never answer the calls, they lose all the papers and they get upset when you come to see them in person and if you want to know more about your case they want to charge you to know about your case this is damask does anyone know where to file a complaint because my u visa case takes 7 years old and they say they don't know anything I came to ask for a resin and they say they don't have anything if anyone knows where to sue oh file a complaint please let me know if this is too much

Awful what they did to us, PLESE READ!
My husband and I married on May 3rd and came to them right after.
We paid them over 2000 us dollars USCIS received our petition for change of status on the 23rd of September 2020, yes, it took them that long to submit our applications.
But what they did to us does not end there, PLEASE READ FURTHER.

Because I became ill, and I was ill every day for months, I decided to leave the country to seek medical advice since I didn’t have health insurance in the US due to the legal limbo I was in at the time.
We came to their office to tell them of my plans. They told us, that so long we let USCIS know and cancel our biometrics appointment every form would be cancelled BUT the i-130. So I decided to go ahead an leave the US. We told their office several times about my departure in the course of several months (approximately 1,5 years) yet we kept on receiving biometrics appointments that were ti be attended in the US, every time we did, we contacted H. H’s office to tell them that we have received one and that it was odd, since we had made it abundantly clear (to their office and to USCIS) that I had left the country. Every time the office assured us they would resolve the problem.

It was until we received our 3rd biometrics appointment, that I decided to call their office myself from abroad to see what was going on. Ms. Hadi wouldn’t be available and I was told every time she would contact me, something she didn’t follow up on, to the point that I began to call in every day and bug them. This seemed to work, since surely after I received the most upsetting e-mail you can imagine. A statement by H. H herself saying we hadn’t let the office know in time of my departure and that given that “fact” she had dropped our case long before. Now, how is it possible, that she never told us in the 1.5 years we contacted her on every occasion we got a biometrics appointment, that she had dropped the case, instead they said they would resolve the issue, plain and simple, sounds like LIES to me.

Their office incompetence and unwillingness to do their job became clear when we hired a different attorney. Within a few months of hiring a new attorney, the biometrics appointment was cancelled and our i-130 was approved!
This office dubious practices has costs us time, money as well as all the stress and anxiety we had to endure from having to be separated for more than 2 years, something that was unnecessary and cruel.

PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THEIR OFFICE!

Others shouldn’t have to go through what we did.

I don't recommend her, she just steals the money and doesn't do anything. She forgot about my case for 2 months and when I asked, that same day she filed a petition with the court. After two months, she is the worst lawyer in Lexington. She always says she is not in the court.office but if he then responds to his secretary's emails and he even charges you for answering the phone

Of course I would never recommend her, I took on my son's case just to start 3000.00 my son paid and did nothing my son had to hire another more qualified lawyer!

This lawyer believes that all immigrants are stupid, let's see if the District Court In Lexington thinks the same.this lawyer will be accused of fraud and there is a lot of evidence to accuse her.

This lawyer lied to us, she promised to give us a work permit and she left us halfway through the process, she charged a lot and now you can't even talk to her, because according to her you have to pay to get a consulate, they even blocked our number, don't let yourself be robbed. Very nice he spoke to us first and pure false promises. We hired another lawyer but it was too late, the parole expired, we lost money and time, I don't understand why she didn't help us if we paid her the same day we went to consult. Very badly

This lawyer will soon be sued in federal court, there are many people on Facebook who were victims of scams.

If zero stars to review were available, that's how I would rate it. Be careful, do not go with these lawyers, they are nothing more than a scam, they do not have any professionalism, they make you waste your time, even every time you go to the office they always "wrong" and if I did not ask at least 2 times they would have charged me for something that they did not do and the results are terrible, I hired them for divorce and child custody cases, it is something more serious, but that is something that they do not care about, despite so much evidence that they asked me to gather, on the day of the trial the Ms. Heather arrived empty-handed and I did not present any documents and aside from that there was no communication. One day they told me that I was going to make a video call on Skype and the very day I ended up being a Zoom, which by the way I couldn't even join because of them and I didn't Connect to the phone call on speakerphone half an hour after the start of the trial. This happened in the summer of 2020 when they were hired. After the disappointment of the trial in December of that same year, I decided not to use their services again.

I contacted Mrs. Hadi back in April/May regarding an application at NVC, she assured me that she can handle our case, and after getting the initial consultation fee plus the initial deposit (50% of the total fee) upfront, I guess she assumed her job was done because after that she did not do anything. My entire case is lacking one form to be submitted that she has assured me many times over the past 8 months that she has submitted, I login to my portal and see its not uploaded, even pay another lawyer to look at my case to give a second opinion and they see nothing has been submitted either. Any lawyer in town I call and mention her name they immediately ask what's happening there because many of her clients is reaching out to them. I have hired many lawyers over the years, I can honestly say this practice is the most unprofessional, unorganized and clueless practice I have ever seen. I'm definitely reaching out to the BAR Association regarding this manner because when I asked to see the copy of the form she claims she has filled I get ghosted for days. It usually takes more than a week to get an email back from anyone in her office (if there is even another person because she had to fire her entire staff months ago). Please save your money, read her reviews and hire a reputable law firm to handle your immigration case since the entire process is stressful to begin with and by hiring her you do not need to add more stress. She now has my money ($1150) and I'm back at square one.

Miss Heather, a good person hard worker, I have been working with her since my Visa process all the way until I get my citizenship and even my divorce was with her and I got my nationality. I think what happen that She made some bad decisions on her assistance lately, but I feel like she’s trying to fix it with with his new team. We just need to give her some motivation and help here.everybody Don’t forget that she was guys lawyer one time and she help you are now because she make mistake once the way you treat her like she’s bad no professional it’s not right everybody make mistake I know it’s very sensitive in her position but everybody need a second chance
