I was cited for speeding and was not given the option to pre-pay the ticket and was required to appear in court. I contacted Leland and he replied immediately. He appeared in court on my behalf, meaning I did not have to miss work, and was able to get traffic school with no points on my license. Overall Leland made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. His responsiveness really impressed me.

I have never been asked to sign a legal document and refused a copy of the same, ever in my life until now. And I've been a litigation paralegal for 2 decades. His staff is beyond rude. His pleadings are rifled with errors. Very unpleasant folks who don't know or care what they are doing. Avoid at all measures!
