Morgan & Morgan, Lexington KY

I have heard that Morgan & Morgan are great attorneys and they have a great staff. I chose you and your staff cause you all get the job done in a timely manner and you care about the clients you serve.

Everyone that I have spoken with has been very friendly and helpful. However I wish I could get more frequent updates concerning my case either by text, email or phone call.

I haven't had much interaction with my case worker. I've only spoke with her once & she was very pleasant, professional & courteous.

We've had "NO" actual conversation aside from text messages! >I have sent photo of letter from Royal King and have got no actual response as to next steps or? >Thanks

Because she has done everything to answer my questions almost instantaneously. Wake up to answers for questions I only asked the night before I went to sleep

No one has really reached out to me talking about really nothing I would have thought that they would have been more involved with me than they were I stayed in the dark through all the process so far I don't agree with that I think I should have been more involved with the case and I should have been told more about my case and how we are going about it in a manner that will get me the most out of my situation it's like I have to call and email them just to try and get a little bit out of them

Overall a good experience, though with having injuries and workers comp involved has made the process drag on for a long while.

Terrible service, first they took my case about my accident, then just because I told them that I couldn't move to look for the doctor, but I feel that it's just where it's convenient for them because, since they are very famous lawyers in Lexington, they look for cases of deaths or hospital negligence so that they can take your case but I think that a good lawyer does not expect that a good lawyer can earn so much, he helps in any of the cases and it is the cases, whether they are small or large, that make them have a good reputation, that is why I highly recommend Hicks and fusfin my Respect these lawyers who are not seeing what cases leave them millions, whether they are large or small cases, they fix the problem with facts

Worry free process. All I had to do was keep my Dr appointments and the rest was taken care of. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered in a timely manner.

They have been good to me. Maybe they are as flustered with the insurance company as I am.

Benim Saray has been a great part of my case, she keeps me updated regularly. She is a great caseworker and knows the questions to ask or comments to make about what I have to say. She is a quality part of your company, Sincerely Raymond

Just letting you know that I'm definitely not saying anything negative about anyone of you all that I have talked to, I simply don't know anything except what doctors to see and when.
I do extremely appreciate that OF COURSE because they are being very helpful to me and I know you are helping I would just love to know what to try harder at and what to look out for and how to thank you more.
