Mr. Pharr and his team were very nice individuals. While meeting them during a terrible time in my life (receiving a DUI first-misdemeanor) he gave me the peace of mind and understanding of my case I needed to properly move forward in my life. Before experiencing this circumstance I had never been in trouble before, therefore I had no prior knowledge of what would happen to me or how my case would go specifically. Mr. Pharr communicated effectively, was direct with cases specifics each court date and thoroughly explained what was happening with the courts as well as what he was doing on his own end for each proceeding cases. I don't even know where to begin. Between Laura's consistent communication with me and Sean's overall knowledge of Kentucky child custody law, I knew I made an excellent choice with Pharr Law. My case was a very compelling one and began with the kid-napping of my two daughters while I allowed their paternal grandmother to visit my home in Nevada, where we were living for nearly 6 months, and safe. She took brought them back to Kentucky to be their biological father and he ultimately opened a case in Kentucky due to the fact that I was not entirely a resident of Nevada at the time of the kid apping. Due to this being an interstate situation this process lasted almost 2 years, constant back and forth traveling to keep the children with both parents as much as possible. Ultimately, Sean Pharr proved repeatedly to the court why I was the more protective parent, and the court had made a fair decision and were just in what they decided as far as what is best for my children. I would strongly recommend this practice when it comes to getting the proper representation. They really dedicate and show you they care about your situation. Not only did he help me beat those cases, with a possibility of 3 moths in jail if i didnt. He helped me go get the inspection on my car because i didnt know where to go.
