8Everything was fine until they made a mistake.they refused to fix the mistake unless we hire them again. In my opinion, thats not to professional and would not recommend this firm because of it!
Steven and his Dad were both very helpful and professional with a family issue I had to deal with.
They did my will and did an excellent job on it. I wanted it very specific and they followed my instructions to the letter. They also did my power of attorney. I would highly recommend them.
The estate package, put together by Steve, was the most important set of documents that we knew we needed to get in place — to protect our children’s future and outline our wishes. We’re not even retired yet but we needed to have our affairs in order, everybody does really, they just don’t realize it. Steve gave us a single price for all of them, both mine and my husbands, and it was extremely reasonable. He explained everything and gave us new considerations in light of COVID that may affect our healthcare surrogate. I have peace of mind now and when the time comes, my children will know what to do with our assets.
I used the firm (and the older Jaeger) for my mom's estate. Everything was handled efficiently, and I had absolute trust that things were accomplished in an efficient and legal manner. The associates I had contact were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate using them in the future.
