You cannot beat their quality and prices! On top of that they have super friendly service and the store looks great as well. Best dispensary around, no need to go anywhere else.

Stopped in to fill out paperwork for a card. It was pretty lengthy, but not the full reason for the score. There was a young woman trying to shop, but kept being treated rudely by the clerk. I understand there are different protocols for different stores, but there were no signs indicating such rules. Every movement the young woman made was met with chastisement instead of patiently telling an obvious newbie how your store is run. Lots of people use your products due to severe anxiety and are coming to you for help. Try to take that into account. We ended up leaving without completing the paperwork and got things done quicker, easier, and more importantly kinder somewhere else.

Went to a two places in Waterville the same day. Very, very nice people, very helpful, very comfortable feeling. Prices for what I want, cost less than other places.

I gave them an idea of my medical issues and how I wanted to use cannibus and the staff gave me the perfect strain that does exactly what I wanted at an affordable price. This is by far the best pot shop in Waterville. The product selection of the flower is just right. Honestly i dont want to go into a place and have to decide between 19 different options and have to try to figure out whats best for me as the next customer sits and waits for my indecisive self to make a decision. It makes it so much easier to make a decision on what to buy when i am deciding between 3-5 really good options rather then 100 and getting all anxious that im moving too slow. I dont feel that way at Green Thumb, its a super efficient process with minimal anxiety. They have a strain of the week which changes, and at $175 an oz its been a steal of a deal everytime. The customer service is second to none. They treat me with so much dignity and respect. So curtious and grateful for the business. These are top notch people. Extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to answer any and all questions. Not that the other shops dont provide great service from great people, but i get that 'Cheers welcome' type feeling there. I mean they know my name because its on my "frequent buyers punch card" but still. The punch card reward system is another awesome thing about Green Thumb. Everytime you spend money they punch a hole in a card with your name on it and after $x amount of money you get a free 1/8. Not sure what that $ amount is, but they have told me atleast 3 times and i never can remember so thats on me not them. And it seems to be fair because i have enough punches after 2 or 3 visits. If you spend over $100 (i think, dont "quote me") you get a free cone joint. If their weed wasnt this good it wouldnt have taken me 38 minutes to write this review. Im glued to the couch. I littterly cant move my legs.

A little expensive for a card, but the process went well. Dissapointing due to covid 19 curbside only. This is absolutely not a good way to buy pot. Pot isn't fast food from a menu. The more I can see. The way more I'll purchase. I'll drive miles to go inside a shop to buy. I'd love to try everything at green thumb but until I can go in I'll pass.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The nurse was kind and prompt, and the cannabis is of a very high quality. They also have lab results available to view for the composition many of their vape cartridges.

Always FRESH green bud, excellent variety of goods. Ediables very tasty. Creams work great. Clean and inviting. Customer service is always a ten, friendly, knowledgeable, and never rushed. They do lots of samples and giveaways. Green Thumb my #1 go to.

Flower is always fire and prices are comparable with other storefronts in the area. Plus the frequent flyer card is a great incentive, not every storefront has a loyalty program so it's a good little bonus!

When we went they only had 3 or 4 strains and none of it was top shelf they were out already

It was a little disappointing that there were so few options to choose from regarding flower and the gentleman working seems to be in a rush to get us in and out and since it was our first time visiting it would have been nice to have a little conversation around some of the other options that are available. It looked like They Carried many different products but the person working didn't really try to offer other suggestions or up sell their products and since this is a medical marijuana establishment it would be nice to take a little time to get to know your patient in front of you so you can offer suggestions, especially when you know they are new to the world of medical marijuana.

The owner is the real MVP! He has great deals and amazing products. Everything is quality, even his “lower quality” things. No complaints from me, he has never done anything but give me sweet deals and great service. Not just a great guy to do business with but a great guy all around!

He has something against people with the name Randy, not sure whats up with that, weirdest thing I have ever heard. I was astounded to say the least! He said that my real name should be "Randy Bo Bandy" and called me a cheeseburger walrus: (
