We can't thank Brightstar enough for helping us with our father. This was the second time we used them. Someone always answered the phone and got back to is with any questions we had. Having Kierra as my dad's aid and nurse Tiffany gave us great comfort that he was being taken care of with compassion. I highly recommend Brightstar and in the future if we need assistance we most definitely will use them again.

BrightStar came to my family's rescue when my dad fell and broke his leg and my mom was still recovering from surgery. Christina is kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about elder care. We are blessed to have been connected with this company and her to help my parents recover. Highly recommend!

I really can’t say enough nice things about this team! From the owner, to the administrators, our nurse, and especially our top notch aide, the professionalism was notable! It’s scary having to trust strangers to come into your home and live amongst you, but from my initial call on, all they did was build my trust and respect. I was a better caretaker to my mom because of the breaks they were able to afford me. Our aide had my full trust and respect, which really allowed me to feel like I had time off when my mom was in her care!

My husband’s nurse Renee was a Godsend! She was so patient and truly caring. I was nervous about running infusions and taking care of my husband’s surgery sites. She is a wonderful teacher and always just a text or a phone call away. She went the extra mile getting the supplies that were needed for my husband’s care. UMMC Upper Chesapeake dropped the ball multiple times and each time Renee picked up the ball, ran with it and got it all done. If you or a loved one is in need of at home care, this is your place!

By far the best place I’ve ever worked! I absolutely loved the appreciation that was always shown for doing our jobs properly and even doing extra then what was asked for was appreciated. As a caregiver I always want to give the same care that I’d want for my own family. And I really miss working here! Lol I had moved away for a few months to help a family member in South Carolina and moved back to Harford county after that. But if I could go back to working here! I would in a heartbeat! Absolutely loved the professionalism, the care of both employees and people being cared for, and I loved just about everything lol. Keep being great!

My mother was in hospice for six months. Both Nellie and Mary gave my mother excellent care and companionship. I know my mother loved them and I think they enjoyed being with her.

She is a great nurse that is available when needed and takes great care in making sure everything is good with you and the people you are dealing with in the process. It has been great working with rennee and looking forward to finishing my journey with her helping me.

Brightstar is a excellent option for home healthcare. My Mom has been with them for a couple of years and they never let us down. Renee and Kehinde have become very important to our family. We all love them especially my Mom and Dad. The office staff are wonderful, Kyrsten and all the others are top notch. We thank them for all they do to keep the wheels rolling in our parents aging adventure.

BrightStar has provided excellent care for elderly parents. My father needed a lot of care for the last few months of his life, and his BrightStar caregivers, Rufina and Liana were kind, compassionate, dependable, and very hard workers. After he passed, they continued to provide companion care for my mother. She has been very happy with her caregiver, Liana, and looks forward to her visits. I highly recommend BrightStar Care of Bel Air.

BrightStar and their team are exceptional. I would highly recommend them for home health needs. My father has Alzheimer’s (does not accept diagnosis) and is combative and argumentative. We needed help making sure he had meals & Meds. Paula was great but unfortunately he refused to let anyone in his home anymore.

Tiffany was very helpful and competent, listened to our concerns, and gave us options on how to help us.
Davina is the perfect fit for my wife. She spoils her and gives her wonderful care. She is also able to show how Brightstar is more than a provider but an extended family. We give her ten stars.

Nurse Renee far exceeded my expectations during my recovery! She was not only professional and knowledgeable but very personable as well. She was always available whenever we needed her including nights and weekends. In just a short time of being with us, she was like family!

I would like to thank Kehinde again for coming to the rescue when another caregiver called in sick on Sunday 8/27. She takes the initiative to do other things like wash moms soiled clothes, folds them up when dried and completes them all with a smile. Thank you so much for the care you give my mom.

My mother is in the early stages of dementia and sadly, she is aware of it.
The Brightstar Team, and her aide Tonya, treat her with respect and never make her feel “different. ”
