We knew it was under construction so we knew what to expect. Great service and hope they complete renovations soon. The bed was firmer than those I've used at other Embassy Suites 18+ months ago.

My room STUNK horribly. AC barely worked - reduced thermostat to 70 and it barely kept the room cool. Knob to the shower leaked water - meaning it POURED out of the knob when turned on. Reported once and I could tell the person could careless - and nothing was done about it. Carpets in hotel were nasty - elevator carpet was nasty and stunk. And of course the hotel was "undergoing renovations" so there was no bar, no social hour with drinks, etc. Was told day one that it was because they were waiting on the "gas line to be fixed.and it should be tomorrow". By the end of the week nothing. But, there was plenty of other construction items in process, not dependent on the gas that I could see - like tiling, flooring, lighting, the pool area, etc, that was not being touched for a week. I found out from talking with one of my colleagues that visited previously, this has been going on for some time - so he now stays at another hotel, as will I on my next visit.

I love this location. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are kept exceptionally clean. I stay here every time I am visit Maryland. It will definitely continue to be my #1 favorite!

I've read the mixed reviews that the hotel was under renovation, but my #1 priority was the cleanliness of the room. I don't need room service or hotel restaurant when there is a nice shopping mall down the street. The room was newly renovated, modern, clean, and spacious. It met my expectations.

The ugly: Elevators are beyond slow. Pool is closed and furniture is just thrown in makeshift stacks. Could have been done neater. Water Marks in various places in ceiling. Requests to rooms took 2 calls and still a long time.

The good: Lobby and dining area are presentable. They have good grab and go breakfast instead of forgoing it completely.

Staff is very nice and professional.

Even though the hotel was being renovated, the quality of the room we were given was poor. The alarm clock didn't work, the toilet got clogged, the shower leaked. I could not even get a cup of tea in the evenings. There was no hot water. I was told to grab a water bottle from the fridge and heat it up in my room in the microwave.

My experience at an Embassy Suites is usually consistent and pleasant, however, this property is probably one that I would skip at my next visit.

The place was nice, it did have closed off areas for construction which was fine but there breakfast was very disappointing. Other then that great place.

Hotel was under renovations.
Pretty hotel, nice room. The biggest tvs I've ever seen in a hotel room. Would stay again when renovations are completed.

So I booked a room last weeken and it was the worst Experience I’ve ever had first off there were huge bugs in my room, the room smelled like weed and the hotel room did not work and the lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do for me it wa late at night I wanted to leave but I was to tired to drive and on top of that the hotel didn’t even want to give me a refund.please be careful staying there Especially with everything dealing with the COVID they are already showing they don’t care I will never come here again and I’m going to right more reviews and also tell more people not to waste there money **UPDATE** I still haven’t receive a phone call or anything Discussing my issue

Solid option for a clean and safe stay during COVID. All the common areas are closed (so no free breakfast) which is to be expected with COVID and the renovations they are doing but the cheap prices on the rooms reflects that. The hotel was so deserted it was ghostly but the room was immaculately clean and checking in with the Hilton app and using a digital key to get in the room made for a very safe and comfortable stay. Only complaint is that some sites say the hotel has free wi-fi and that's not the case. This is the only hotel I've stayed at out the last 25+ that didn't have free wi-fi so that was a bit of a surprise but other than that I highly recommend, especially now.

This hotel can best be summed up with the phrase "lipstick on a pig". The rooms were all recently renovated and I'll admit at first glance they look very nice. Once you spend some time in the rooms though it becomes obvious that this place is a dump. There's gaps in the wallpaper, the carpet is pulling away from the walls in areas. The shower heads were not replaced. The balcony glass doors are still junky. There's absolutely no climate control in the rooms, just the illusion. Everytime I went to the front desk to complain about my room being freezing I was given the explanation that the heating system was recently upgraded. I had to change rooms twice because my first smelled like an ashtray, my second the heat did not work AT ALL (I couldn't get it above 64 degrees and that was mostly from body heat), my third and final room is better in that I have some air coming in but in reality I really don't have much control over the room temp. My microwave is busted, but kind of works. There's no food for purchase at the front desk, just some Gatorade and iced coffee. The common area is still basically bare concrete.

I won't be staying here again anytime soon. Hopefully they'll get back on track sooner rather than later.

Check in through the app was easy. They have construction going on but it’s not in the way of anything. My floor had kids hanging out in the hall video chatting and talking half the night. Stay away from the soda machine my drink expired 8 months ago. Other than the room was nice.

They are under construction in the center court. So the price of the rooms are pretty affordable. Possibly the most comfortable mattress I've EVER slept on. Room was clean, and the bath towels were soft and fluffy. 5 stars from me, even with the court yard a wreck.
