Depending on the time you go will determine how long you will wait to be served. This particular location tends to put their main focus on the drive-thru and takes time to be served in person at the counter.

The staff there once being helped are really friendly and they do go out of their way. The food (Sausage McMuffin w/ Egg) is always hot and fresh and the Vanilla Iced Coffee is cold!

I was in that line for half hour 45 minutes when I got to place my order the manager told me that they do not serve fish sandwiches after midnight. I told them I was in that line well before 12 and that he owes me to get me a fish sandwich. At 1st he didn't conceive and then he took my order. Once the lady turned me over to her manager I thought I was gonna get help so finally he did but it was not a good experience.

Tool over 10 mins to get our food after ordering, which took 3 mins to order after pulling up with no one else in line. Food wasn't even hot!

This is the third time this McDonalds has messed up our order. Part of it is my fault for not checking before I leave. One time got a cheeseburger without a burger. Today got (2) 2 cheeseburger meals and only got 3 cheeseburgers. Also, got the drinks wrong. I cringe when it’s my only choice and I have to go there.

Like most McDonald's the shake machine wasn't working when i was there. I swear im starting to think it works when your not there

I love the fact I can always go here and tell them I want fresh whatever I'm purchasing and they make sure its fresh

The last three times I have gone to this McDonald's my order is wrong. I ordered a 6 piece nuggets but they gave me 3 piece nuggets.

Very clean and safe. Hand sanitizers set up, cashier was closed off in a plastic partition, and there were even foot pull bars on the doors so you don't have to touch the handles to open the door. Food was also fast and fresh. Courteous Staff.

Food usually hot. But there the slowest on an extremely good day. Subway always wins me over for quickness and they usually have way more customers inside. Wired.

So slow. Overnight workers are so sllooowww. Even there is no other orders on the board or drive through orders they take forever to make your order.

This is my local mcdonalds, so its the one I frequent when i do go to mcdonalds. And all I have to really say is there food normally tastes hard or old and they will never get your order right. I dont know how many hashbrowns ive paid for that I havent received. Probably over a dozen.

It's mcdonald's which means I don't like the food at all but that aside my kids do and I've never had any issues with this one. Decent speed for food and orders are always right. Just wish the food didn't taste like plastic.

The past two times I have been there it was around 3am. Both times the drive thru is "closed for maintenance". I thought this restaurant is 24 hours?

Staffs are very rude. They have no customer service skills and VERY unprofessional. I wanted breakfast and was told the breakfast cutoff time. I asked what happened to the 24 hours breakfast! And I received a bad remarks from the window staff. I had decided never to bother with that particular Mcdonald again. Even though its close by my side. That's not my first time experiencing their rudeness, lack of customer service skills, & professionalism. Enough is Enough!

Fries are normally cold and everyone knows you have to get hot fries or they are tasteless. I have several incorrect orders from the drive thru and they did not know where my name was in the books.they have to do better

80% chance you'll food will be right. Employees are nice and you could get one or two that have attitudes and or is mean but majority Employees are okay through drive thru or inside when your picking food up inside the branch.

Normally its a very good experience, but the last 3 visits my order hasn't been correct. This morning ordered oatmeal, but they didn't have apples (didn't say anything) and a hashbrown (cold).
I went back and informed them then I was told we don't have apples (suggestion inform the consumer). I was told the hashbrown wasn't cold instead of taking care of the customer. Wow.

Service has been improving here, but still leaves alot to be desired. They get so focused on the drive-thru that they often ignore the inside line. Having waited a long time the last couple visits I decided to time them on my last visit. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order for about 5 mins. As I watched employees walk right past to deliver food at curbside. Then the girl that walked past me twice finally stopped to take my order which took another 7 minutes to complete. That is 7 minutes for two items. There are plenty of employees working, but they walk around like they don't know what they are supposed to do. For every one employee working there are two just walking around like it's the first day of kindergarten. I also had the privilege of seeing them mess up two orders at curbside forcing the customers to come in to have them fix the mistake. You would think that of they take 12 minutes to complete an order they would get it right?

I paid 19.79 for 3 sausage and egg McMuffin with cheese 3 hash browns and 3 hot again I know that the employees deserves a decent wage I only hope they are getting it! I getting everything from the grocery store and get way more of everything for those prices

It was terrible I waited 15 minutes before my order was taken and another 10 just to leave the line because I had to be at work on time so I'm awfully hungry so I'll be making my breakfast
