Tuxedo House, Timonium MD

I was coming into Baltimore for a wedding, and since I live out of state, I made the decision to head to a national retailer for my tuxedo rental. To say the least, it was not anywhere near the experience I have grown accustomed to as a Tuxedo House customer for decades.

Well long story short, the rental came in, and the national chain didn't even have all the right components, including missing the full vest I had specifically requested for my rental.

In steps Scott and the Tuxedo House crew to the rescue, helping to right the wrongs of the national retailer just days before the wedding. This proved once again that no body cares more about taking care of their customers than Tuxedo House.

The customer service was extraordinary! Mr. Furman was polite and actually listened to what we needed. He also anticipated all the things we would need, which were included with the price of the rental! (shirt with button covers, shoes and cufflinks) We drove an hour to get to the store and it was worth every minute of the drive to have such great service and to be so well taken care of! I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Talk about a complete God-send! These fellas are top-notch from their professionalism, to their hospitality, and the nice ambiance within their establishment; I couldn’t be more satisfied! I had a urgent issue to get a tuxedo shirt due to my neck size not fitting with the current dress shirt I was allotted at another dress store all with the wedding less than a week away. Not only did I call Tuxedo House but they told me to swing by the very next day! Sure enough I run into my contact Fred who immediately recognizes me from the call and has a shirt all ready for me and then further assisted by his colleague and boss (which you’d never know because he’s just that swell of a gentleman) Scott who got me the shirt I needed with the right fit and at an extremely reasonable cost! Can’t wait to do more business with these guys, appreciate the love @ Tuxedo House!

My groomsmen and I used Tuxedo House for my recent wedding I can't say enough how awesome these folks are! The time, attention to detail and patience they give each customer is what sets them apart.

They actually made the process of picking a style and finding the right size an enjoyable experience. I just wish i had more reasons to dress up.

Had a wonderful experience working with the tuxedo house team. There were some initial communication issues regarding getting all of the sizes sent in and confirmed by my party but it was resolved well before the wedding. Rented shark skin gray tuxedos for a September wedding at a vineyard in VA. Turned out great, groomsmen photos attached.

Outstanding customer service and quality. I bought a tuxedo 6 months ago but never wore it. When I tried it on today for a black tie event, the pants were tight because I gained weight. One of the owners, Fred, exchanged the pants for a new one free of charge. Additionally, he had the new pants altered, too. I highly recommend this place. They value their customers and their service is unparalleled

Simply the best to ever do it. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid! They’ve had me looking sharp for all of my siblings and cousins events. Hooked me up over 13 years ago for my bar mitzvah and of course most recently for my wedding. Y’all are the best!

Fred was an absolute pleasure to work with! Truly the greatest guy and really knows his stuff. He’s so kind and helpful and had the best ideas on accessories, suit styles, shoes, and colors based on dresses, etc. The place has lots of charm and Fred completes your experience. All of my needs and my best men/groomsmen needs were met to such a high caliber! If I were to do it over again I would absolutely come here. It’s not often that I write a review, but my excellent experience at Tuxedo House compelled me to share it. I’m particularly detail-oriented and attentive to style, and as the groom, I was looking for a very sharp suit or tuxedo. With a 3-month turnaround from engagement to wedding and a particularly busy schedule as a medical resident, I started looking only 2 months prior to the wedding date. I tried multiple vendors, but none of them had a suit/tuxedo in my size on such short notice (slim with size 28/29 pants, usually 36S jacket).
1 month before my wedding, I decided to visit Tuxedo House because of their impressive online customer reviews. I rushed over to their store after my shift, and the place was FULL of customers, which certainly confirmed their stellar reviews. Despite how busy it was, I was readily and kindly greeted by Ryan, who was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was consistently patient and considerate. Moreover, I was impressed by their diverse selection of styles and sizes, including mine. Ultimately, Ryan helped me to find the perfect suit with all the accessories for a very reasonable price. Most importantly, it looked AMAZING. My parents and in-laws readily agreed that the suit was very sharp, and it looked very elegant in the photos.
I wholeheartedly recommend anyone in the Baltimore area to start their tuxedo or suit search with Tuxedo House, as the service and quality is unmatched by other major formalwear stores in the Baltimore area. Thank you so much to those at Tuxedo House for helping to make our wedding day a success!

I have never had better service! The hospitality that Scott expressed as soon as we walked in showed that he actually cared about what I wanted for my wedding. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a perfect tux. I will definitely be going there for any need of a suit or tux. Thank you again Scott!

Tuxedo House was so accommodating and easy to work with!

We had an unfortunate incident with our previous choice of suit rental as this season was incredibly busy due to 2020 (COVID) and 2021 Weddings being in the same season. Because of this, our previous rental place oversold/rented what they had and did not inform us of this mishap. When we found out, we were scrambling to find a place to help us just a couple months before our wedding.

That's when we came across Tuxedo House and to say we were pleased would be an understatement. Not only were they able to calm our nerves and provide great service, they were also kind, offered recommendations and had great quality suits for a great value. We were able to rent EVERYTHING from the socks to the ties for our big day and they made it such a breeze!

I will be looking at them in the future and am so thankful for them! Thank you guys for everything!
