Aspen Dental, Brockton MA

I had a very positive experience at my aspen Dental appointment yesterday. Everyone was pleasant. The receptionist and billing person were helpful. My rental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth, gentle and professional.

OMGGGGG! Where do I start! When I first arrived I was so scared and traumatized! I came for a root canal and my very first experience else where that will remain nameless was HORRIBLE! So upon arriving I was still stuck in the traumatic experience I had previously. The women at the front desk were pleasant but when I was greeted by Ruth she was AMAZING! Absolutely unbelievably pleasant! Very gentle while taking my x-rays and explained everything! I asked so many questions and she was so patient with me and understanding of my fears. She continued to reassure me that I would be fine and the dentist were great, and she was spot on. I seen a specialist and the dentist I see continuously, her name is Isha Hooda! She’s phenomenal! Her hands are so gentle and I never felt pain durning any treatments! I’m a big baby so for me that’s a big deal. I recommend Aspen dental in Brockton to anyone! The office staff was super friendly—all the women were professional and genuine. The hygienist and doctor helped put me at ease. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but for sure they changed my feelings! I would highly recommend this office! Everything went smoothly, you can tell the office is run very well.

Made an appointment with Aspen dental because of their tv ad. Their ad seems compassionate with patients. Saw two other dentists in my area before Aspen dental. They made me feel like it will take a miracle to fix my teeth as bad as it is. Aspen dental were so caring and detailed explanation of how my teeth are infected and what I can do to fix it. I decided to go with them. My only issue is, just like the other dental offices, they could not give me a step by step list of dental work I will be doing. Maybe all dental offices do that. My dental insurance has a cap, probably not even ten percent of the dental works that I need. I would have loved a list of all dental works needed to be done and the estimated price list of each. Anyhow, because Aspen dental seems caring, detailed explanation of what you need and why, and they seems to have latest dental equipment. SO, I INTEND TO HAVE ALL MY DENTAL WORKS WITH THEM, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Will return to edit after few visits.

The Brockton aspen dental is outstanding. The provide a great service and the team is very professional. Tiffany Tran makes every experience enjoyable and that isn’t easy at a dental appointment. Very personable, thorough and professional. Great job!

Tiffany Tran is truly remarkable. After years of visits, Tiffany has done her best to make routine dental checkups a very pleasant experience. She very engaging, keeps you informed about what’s going on, and tries her best to accomdate your schedule. Our conversations are always pleasant and she even gives great advice where she can. I am happy to her patient.

This office is great, pleasant atmosphere, everyone from the front desk to the Doctor Hooda are extremely helpful and very kind. My mother had a dental emergency and they were able to schedule sooner than later. When we arrived the quick wait time. The whole process was so organized and accommodating. Ruth and Wislande are so great. Going on a couple of visits with her, it just gets better and better. I definitely recommend this office

I've been to many dentist, and this is by far top tier. They have great staff, very knowledgeable, professional, they do not play with their business, but are very playful and cheerful while making you comfortable. I'm glad I've chosen them out of all the choices I had. You're in good hands.

This is a bait and switch company, I called for a price and then charged me more than double, don’t recommend it at all to anyone!

The staff is awesome in this place. They were so understanding for my fears and they did everything in there power to keep me at ease. I'm very happy I chose this place.
