Zahraa Okar did my cleaning and she was excellent - providing great customer service, delivering a painless and comfortable cleaning, and generally was incredibly friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long – great experience all around.

Super clean office, high end technology, and everyone was very nice! I was really hesitant about going to the dentist considering i haven't been in years- i've always had terrible experiences with dentists and orthodontists making me feel bad but my hygienist (forgot her name, sorry!) and dr.simon were so lovely! They made me feel so comfortable, were very kind, and didn't make me feel bad about what was going on in my mouth.would highly recommend!

Awesome staff here. Haven't been to a dentist in years and they got me taken care of and gave me very clear details and costs. Also helped me with a plan to fix everything for the future. I'd highly recommend this place if you need dental work done.

Honestly, they are a money hungry office. I had to get fillings on 4 teeth back in June. I paid them and then 4 months later they charge me for the 4th filling that I was told i already paid for.

Update: 11/20/20: If you claim to bill properly don't bill me again 4 months after the procedure was done. Do it right the first time.

First time going with the new COVID-19 protocols in place, they were professional as usual and made me feel very comfortable! This dentist practice takes good care of my entire family including my grandma who is in her late 70's and my sister who has special needs. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Highly recommended!

I've been with Dr. Malecki for many years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. His first location, behind Macy's, is great as is his new location at the Government Center on Court Street. This one is first class; serene, with state of the art equipment and fewer dentists. Starting with Dr. Malecki, his excellent surgeons and staff, all are wonderful and always helpful.

I’ve been coming to Boston Dental for six years and love the quality care and attention that I receive. The staff are friendly and the Dentists always take time to check in.

I have extremely sensitive teeth. Bouchra is the only person I trust to clean them. She goes as quickly as she can but still does a very thorough job. She uses a numbing gel and hand tools for the most sensitive areas. For a few years, I moved away and could not find a hygienist as gentle. I was happy to return to Boston and Bouchra.

My visits with Bouchra, my hygienist, have been excellent. She cleans my teeth more thoroughly and effectively than what I have had in other dental offices, but also without any discomfort. She also explains very well what I need to do differently at home to keep my teeth in better shape. I am very pleased with the results. Her personality is very congenial and visits are a pleasure. The front desk staff are also always very helpful and pleasant!

Great experience! I spent the last 2 years hunting for a new dentist and am very happy I decided to make an appointment at Boston dental. The staff are fantastic. Paige & Katie (my hygienists) and Christian (front desk) were phenomenal, helpful and very professional. They were able to work around my hectic schedule making end of work day appoints simple. Highly recommended if you are new to the city or looking to make a switch!

I have been going to Boston Dental ever since I moved to Boston. I was a bit nervous to find a dental hygienist since my teeth are very sensitive and stain easily. All the employees at Boston Dental are very helpful and I highly recommend seeing Bouchra. I see her all the time and refuse to see anyone else. She cares about the patient and listens to their concerns about issues with their teeth. I had a very sensitive spot for a while and she was gentle around it and helped me find a periodontist to fix the issue. My teeth stain a lot and I drink diet soda and she recommended a toothpaste that would prevent staining (I was currently only using Sensodyne) and recommended I use an electric toothbrush. Since switching the stains on my teeth have decreased dramatically.

Every time I go to Boston Dental I have a great experience. Bouchra is very efficient and I am able to get back to my job on time. And even when I feel like my teeth suck she tells me they are perfectly fine. The office is very clean and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful if you need a major procedure. I highly recommend seeing Bouchra at Boston Dental if you need a dentist!

Everyone in this practice I’ve met is thoughtful and kind. Everything is explained well. Really went out if the way to make me comfortable.

Paige is beyond awesome, and Dr. Malecki has been a tremendous help. They explained my issue and answered my questions. Very clear I’m discussing cost of treatment.

Had my first cleaning today with hygienist, Katie. I've been to many different dental offices before and have had many different procedures so I tend to be a little bit skittish when it comes to the dentist. Katie was by far the best hygienist I have ever come across. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel so comfortable. The time actually flew by because the conversation was great as well!

From the moment I walked through the doors, Boston Dental treated me with care and respect! All of the staff members at the front reception area were very warm and welcoming! Christian and women's whose names I did not catch were so helpful! My dental hygienist Paige has the BEST bedside manner, both her and the dentist listened to my concerns and made me feel safe and treated like a Queen Thank you for your incredible service time and time again

Christian and the whole team have been fantastic! Everyone that I have met/interacted with at Boston Dental went out of their way to make my experience comfortable and fun (didn't think that was possible at the dentist). I would highly recommend them for any level procedure. They are professional and handle each situation meticulously. They are truly looking out for the patients best interest.

Really pleased with the level of care from hygienist, dentist, and the front desk! They took the time to explain all the procedures they were doing, like with taking x-rays, pictures, and the teeth cleaning. The place is a maze but everyone there moves through it like a pro.
Felt like I could trust them from the get-go, which is weird for a doctor's office (for me). Oh, and the CX Manager is very cute.
