Entire experience was great, outstanding dental hygienist Fatima, excellent customer service by Kim at front desk, glad I discovered this office!

I have an outright fear of the dentist. However I can tell you that my experience with gentle dental went VERY well. I was told what they were going to do, explained my apprehension, and was treated extremely well. Highly recommended! Had another appt on 11/23, cleaning with Chelsea went awesome! Easy check in and out, new appt setup and it went great!

June 14- another successful visit for a cleaning. Chelsea was excellent not only performing this but puts my fears at ease. Highly recommend anyone that needs some care to make an appointment. You will not regret it!

May 3 - great experience with Chelsea for another cleaning, she identified some issues, and has developed a treatment plan. If you need some care, this whole team is awesome! Call them and don’t be afraid, they will help you!

Aug 24- needed to have a cavity addressed and was nervous. Dr. Guerra knows of my fears and did a great job of calming my fears. Great team from front desk to completion of the work. If you need help, call them! 5 stars again!

We recently switched to Gentle Dental Franklin and are incredibly happy with our decision. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone greets you as if you have known them for years. Chelsea does a great job with the cleanings, and Dr. Guerra is enthusiastic and patient with questions. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend giving them a call.

You get the best dental care at this office that I’ve experienced. And I have experienced a lot of dental care.

It was great everyone is so nice and I love my dentist dr. Guerra and dental hygienist Chelsea! Make it a safe place and environment. They handle dental anxiety really well! And they don’t make things scary if you have issues with your teeth. They makes sure You are comfortable with everything they do to your teeth. It’s very invasive to have dental work done and them actually caring about that and the work they do, makes the experience is 100% better. If only other work places treated people the way they do!

Had a few fillings done here. The doctor is super sweet and cares about the patients. He made sure I was comfortable and was not in any pain. When i was in pain, the issue was resolved quickly. Discomfort is not a thing here. Great service, quick wait time, great receptionists, and very clean bathrooms! Best GD location!

I have severe dental anxiety and was super nervous about going in after what has been years since my last checkup. I was shocked how nice, understanding, and willing to accommodate, the staff was. The doctor was super cool and listened to all my concerns. The hygienist gave excellent advice and kept reassuring and encouraging me. I took the first step to soon being proud of my smile again. 5 stars.

Wow! What a fantastic dental experience I had at Gentle Dental, Franklin. My Dental Hygienist, Chelsea was amazing, as well as the front staff and director. It had been awhile since my last dental visit outside of Gentle Dental. My previous dentist retired and the professional staff at Gentle Dental made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! They have the best dental equipment and technology to help meet and dental issue you have! They work with your insurance and payment program to help you get the care you need. Dr. G and the staff here are wonderful. They make you feel so welcome and at peace. I especially appreciate the extra time they take to explain everything and to answer questions. So grateful for this office!

I love this practice. Clean, professional and everyone is so nice and caring. Came here two years ago after my previous practice of many years kept cancelling/ changing my appts. Fatima did a great job with my cleanings and recent whitening. She and Dr Guerra are very personable, knowledgeable and caring. They make you feel very comfortable.

Once again! I had a few fillings on both sides, needless to say, Dr. Guerra took care of me. Walked me through the procedure first, did his work, and let me know what happened after it was all done! Love him!
