Dr. Gupta, Laneka and Shannon all did a fantastic job! I really appreciate how nice and easy going they are, really helps you feel relaxed! Dr. Gupta is super efficient and always checking in to make sure I’m doing ok. I also love all the covid precautions that are in place to keep us safe! I would 100% recommend Dr.

I had great experience working with Dr. Gupta, and assistants Shannon, and Laneka. Their professionalism and customer service skills are unmatched, and I had a pleasant experience for each appointment. They are very thorough and informative, and explained every step of the process each visit. On top of the excellent work, they are extremely friendly and personable! I would 100% recommend visiting them as they made a seemingly dreadful task into a pleasant and positive experience!

Second time going after searching for a dentist closer to home. Diane is amazing. Not only is she welcoming, but knows her stuff.

This is first dentist I've ever had that complimented my teeth. Day desk staff are a bit disorganized and or busy with personal calls.

Don't let the outside appearance scare you, quite clean and modern on inside. I look forward to my six months cleaning.

Update; This is my second visit in a year. It was good catching up with Diane. She is so full of life and joyful. Dr. Gupta was great also.

My visit to Gentle Dental was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gupta's assistant Laneka Shannon was terrific, pleasant, and kind to me. Ms. Shannon made sure I was comfortable while waiting for Dr. Gupta to arrive. Dr. Gupta was incredible, marvelous, and cheerful during my visit. Dr. Gupta could tell that I was nervous about having the novocaine, so she explained everything to me before starting the process. The procedure went very well, and I was happy with the results.
Before leaving, the receptionist reviewed the treatment plan, cost, and procedures for my next appointment thoroughly with me to have a better understanding. I recommend Gentle Dental to any and everyone who needs a dentist's office that cares about them.

I had to admit the place was fine and I liked their service along with professionality of the dentists. However, I was charged more than my part on each of my visits. I called insurance and they had paid their part and I also called Gental Dental to figure out what's going on. They said I indeed overpaid about a hundred and I can expect a check in 3 weeks but I never did! What makes me angry is that seems like they didn't plan to reach out to me about the overpayment if I didn't call them. My treatment ended in the summer 2020, now it's 2021! You can't scam people like this.

I have been going to the Malden Gentle Dental for 26 years and cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. A special shout out to Dental Hygienist Lisa who has worked tirelessly with me over the years to greatly improve the condition of my teeth and is always friendly and caring. Ditto for Dr. Payne. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Revah, and assistant Rose made my experience very good I was very uncomfortable coming I am not a big fan of the dentist and assistant Rose made me feel so comfortable and at ease she not only made me so comfy but she also made it so I wasn’t nervous to come back for my next appointment a huge thanks to Rose she js such a huge hearted person i would highly recommend ️

The the people who work in this office are wonderful. Rose and Dr. Gupta are exceptional. The procedure was fast and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I actually forgot my hat there last time I went and when I arrived, Linda at the front desk remembered me and handed my hat to me when I walked in. The staff here are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for Dental work!

As being the biggest "denta-phobe" ever, my fears were put to ease from the minute I walked in the Malden office. The front desk girls Lisa and Christine (who is also office manager) are the most welcoming and friendly staff. And very professional as well.
When it came time for my name to be called, I was so anxious and nervous, that everyone could tell. I was seeing Dr Spivak, who was very understanding and very professional and informative, but it was her assistant Rose, who never left my side, or let go of my hand the whole time. She was so pleasant, and comforting, and explained everything that was going on and what was happening and what to expect.she then went over all of my upcoming appointments (as sure there will be many to come) and she went over every one of them, and explained the cost and insurance issues as well, so that nothing would become a surprise to me in the end. She then escorted me back to the front desk, holding my hand the whole time, and made sure the friendly front desk girls, Lisa and Christine, knew exactly what I needed and helped me around my crazy work schedule. Rose is truly an asset to Gentle Dental. Very courteous, and personable and professional at the same time. I work in the Emergency Room at a Massachusetts Hospital, and we are very big on customer service and care for all of our patients and Rose measures up with the best of them. I wish her well in her career. And I look forward to my next visit. Thank You,
