Dr. Robert Girschek, DMD.was lovely! His dental assistant has been with him for 30 years. Their work was fantastic. He sat and looked right at me when we talked together. He was personable and polite, sat and chatted with me. He told me what he was doing, how he decided what to do, how he decided why that was the best procedure, took X-rays, explained the entire process that he would be doing, gave me the run-down of why he would do that, showed me the price it would cost, how long it would take, and listened carefully to me before, during, and after the appointment. I was very impressed. He put a temporary crown on the tooth and I made an appointment for 2 weeks from now to have the permanent crown put on. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was very happy that he did all the right things.

I have been a patient of Gentle Dental in Waltham, MA for over 5 years. I moved to Florida but I shall continue to go to Gentle Dental because they provide superior care. I flew up for 2 weeks and went to Gentle Dental 2 hours after I landed. To be honest, who really likes going to the dentist's office, whether it be for a filling, a crown, a cleaning - anything. As I walked into Gentle Dental's Waltham Office, I seriously thought to myself, "Who can enjoy looking into peoples' mouths all day long. " With that, I proceeded to go in for my four-month cleaning. I have always had wonderful people taking care of me at Gentle Dental in Waltham. Dr. Girschek is super and on the top of the chart. However, when I met M. J, my new dental hygienist, I was about to have a new, amazing experience. This man has a personality that shines; a smile that's warm; and performs his cleanings with true enthusiasm, and even a little bit of humor mixed in. He says, "HE LOVES WHAT HE DOES. " That is obvious. I was truly amazed at his appoach to a regular cleaning; because of M. J.it was not regular at all. He explained what he was doing and why; he complimented when he felt he should; he was engaging and kind; yet, very professional. This was the best cleaning ever. He even taught me a few new things.
