Hanover Pediatric Dentistry reviews
26Very pleased with Dr. Kaplan and his stuff! Dr.kaplan took the time to explain everything and listen to any concerns or questions. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!
Love this place! My kids have struggled at other dentists before but not here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
We saw Dr. Kaplan for my 19 month-old daughter's lip and tongue ties. He was phenomenal. The entire staff was helpful and the office is SO CLEAN!
Our office visit today was excellent! I took all 3 of my children in for a cleaning and the staff were fully masked, gloved and very welcoming and friendly. I was nervous with the extra safety precautions and how my 7,5 and 2 year old would react. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and I am so extremely happy that my children are part of this amazing practice. Thank you Dr. Groff!
The best dental experience my children have ever had. It was calm and kind and the boys left feeling enthusiastic about their oral health rather than stressed. It feels good to bring them some where that eases their anxiety rather than increases it.
Today my 3.5 year old and 2 year old were seen for their regular check up. Although covered in PPE and unrecognizable to my children, the hygienist was very communicative and friendly during the process that started right on time.
The facility appeared spotless with proper protections in place. I expect future visits go just as smoothly!
We saw Dr. Kaplan for our 10 week old. He was amazing. If your looking for a great doctor and office they are def a top choice!
We brought our son (4 mo. Old) to Dr Kaplan for mouth ties. Dr. Kaplan and staff were fantastic! He was very straight, to the point, informative and knowledgeable. He talked us through pre op, post op, what to expect and what he would do during procedure. We had consultation and procedure done at the Hanover office. Office was very clean and updated. We highly recommend him.
Terrific service! Those two baby teeth refusing to leave left without so much as a whimper and got into the treasure chest for the tooth fairy to find under the pillow tonight!
My son and daughter had a great experience getting their teeth cleaned. They both said they loved the dentist office. They were very patient with my son who is very nervous at the dentist.
Everything was wonderful from start to finish, both my sons are patients of Dr Groffs ages 3 and 5
Dr. Groff and the staff at HPD made our 2 year old’s first visit to the dentist easy and even fun, from the waiting room to Paw Patrol playing during the cleaning. They are gentle, kind, and firm but not forceful, which created a trusting relationship and a successful, informative visit.
This was my family’s first time with Hanover Pediatric Dentistry and definitely not the last! I was blown away by how updated and unique the office was. Very clean and very friendly staff. My daughter has anxiety with the dentist but she was very calm and is actually looking forward to her next appointment:) Can’t say enough good things about HPD!
Hanover Pediatric Dentistry is great! The staff are friendly and great with kids. The office is all kid-sized and remodeled. They run on time and are easy to schedule appointments with. My kids actually love the dentist now!
Dr. Groff understands children and their emotional needs so well, which means that while they are receiving top notch dental care, they feel safe, comfortable, and content. Our 4 year old daughter, Maya, does not fear going to the dentist at all, which is not something a lot of parents of her friends can say. The fact that she has such a great relationship with her dentist as a kid only increases the likelihood that she will continue to seek regular dental care through adulthood, which is a primary factor in overall good dental health. Dr. Groff and her staff have been a critical part of forming positive healthy habits for our child, and we are so grateful to have found this office!
Very happy with my visit today. I took my 20 month old for his 1st visit, not expecting him to cooperate. While he didnt allow them to do much, they were so patient with him. Dr. Groff was able to address my concerns and give a flouride treatment. She had great ideas on how to make Jaxson's brushing easier for the both of us! Very clean office as well! Highly recommend.
Everyone we met was great. It was my son's first visit to a dentist, he was a little unsure about showing his teeth but he seemed to have a good time overall and he loved getting his sticker:)
Dr. Groff is patient and understanding with my son who really hates to have anyone work in his mouth. I highly recommend you connect with her about your child’s dentistry.
Fantastic Experience!
That Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My daughter did very well for her first dental visit, they made sure she didn't get overwhelmed and explained everything to her before preceding with each step.
Brought my 1 year old for her first checkup! Dr. Groff and her staff were the best! Extremely friendly and they were great with my little one (1 year olds and sitting still/poking/prodding don’t always mix! LOL). Can’t wait for her next checkup in 6 mo.
