Disgusting lack of customer service! I totally agree with what others have said about this healthcare facility. If your doctors are inundated with appointments, this should not be felt by the patients and their families. They need to review and overhaul their whole operations policy, especially their "grace" period protocol for families before people travel with children to just be turned around and they're booking months out. Do yourself a favor and find another facility and save yourself the headache.

Whoever answers the phones at the clinic (not the 3rd party service they use) but within the actual clinic needs to be re-trained on customer service or fired. They are the frontline of the clinic and therefore set the tone and they are extremely unprofessional. Every time I’ve called lately they’ve consistently had attitudes, are rude and incompetent. They speak over you, suck their teeth and it shows they have little regard for providing quality service. Which is a shame because in other communities this is not the case. The supervisors need to hold their front desk people accountable and to higher standards because currently, they’re terrible. Or they need to find jobs where they can actually fulfill the needs of the patients/customers correctly. 10/10 would not recommend.

Came in for my 3: 00pm appointment and they inform me that my appointment is cancelled knowing that I wasn’t the one that cancelled it because my MyChart account is disabled. So unprofessional didn’t try to fix it or even see me when i told them that my job gave me this specific day to come late because i was due for a physical. This place is just horrible. And I’m so frustrated that happened to me

Absolutely the worst clinic and it’s said because I’ve been going here since before they moved to Mattapan Sq. But after today I will be taking me and my kids to another clinic. They have no sense of urgency they switch out doctors so much you never know who your primary care is on your visits. The no walk-in policy is just mind blowing.

This place is a mess! I have been waiting for my son to be seen for a walk-in appointment since 8am and it’s after 12pm. They have no sense of urgency and some of the nurses are extremely rude and have no people skills. They have hall police and mask police nurses who are running a militant style practice. Harassing patients to go back in the room who have been waiting for over 4 hours. Some of the nurses are sweet. This place is a nightmare. They need to say there aren’t walk in appointments since they can not offer that service in a timely manner. I am disappointed and discovered from continuing care here. It used to be a great clinic but it is not the same.
