New England Dental Group, Marlborough MA

Today I had my appointment at 4: 00 pm and received a phone call from the Marlborough location office at 3: 15 pm asking me if I can come earlier as they had a cancellation. By rushing out I took my expired dental card insurance with me instead of my new card. Arriving there, the receptionist told me my insurance expired in July 2023 and they need my new insurance. They tried to find my new dental insurance with my SSN online but had no success. I told them to bill me and I will send them my new insurance information as soon as I’ll get home. Unfortunately, they refused it and asked me to pay them the full amount with no insurance or reschedule my dental cleaning appointment to January 6th, 2024. I was very disappointed and wasn’t expecting this treatment after being loyal patients/customers to their both offices for more than 7 years. We are family of 5 and are regularly going there for our dental needs since 2016.

Dr. Patrick and Melonie his assistant. I cannot express how happy I am with this team. And they are a team. I trust Dr Patrick 100%. Anytime I have been in his chair I feel I am with the best, kindest, most knowledgeable Dentist. I have been in his chair for many hours over years and I am never unsatisfied with his work or decisions he has made in my best interest. I would recommend Dr Patrick and Melonie highly. I wish there were more than just 5 stars to give them!

I had a broken tooth that needed extraction and Dr Patrick and Staff treated me with such gentleness and patience, and expertise.
And We had a few laughs to ligten it up.

Earlier this year

I had an emergency, and I received Full Service Treatment, xrays, replacing a loose crown and resetting my braces. The entire team was A+ in knowledge, expertise, and we even had Fun.

As positive experience as a trip to the dentist can be. Dr. Panagioti is the best at what she does. She cares about the quality of her work, and always strives to make her patients happy.

Did not get a notice my doctor would not be there. Did not get a notice. The hygienist was changed. Equipment didn’t work properly. Had to use instruments, did not receive toothbrush and toothpaste, on the way out the door. Extremely disappointed.

New England Dental in Marlborough Mass is very good at what they do. Both my doctor, Dr. Fooks, and her assistant, Emily, were excellent and concerned for my well being at all times. I would highly recommend this practice. They employ state of the art technology. Everyone at New England is awesome on customer care and satisfaction.

Caitlyn's care and professionalism always impress me, and Dr. Patrick's exam was gentle and thorough. My only complaint is the water torture! Wish you could develop a mask to protect faces from splashing water.

I must also mention that they have made noticeable improvements over the years. I have written a review in the past commending their excellent service, but they have continued to raise the bar and exceed my expectations. It's truly impressive to witness their commitment to constant improvement.

I have been going to New England Dental since I moved in the area and have always had positive experiences there. Dr. Patrick is a wonderful dentist. He is very skilled and very patient focused. He is thorough, explains what he'll be doing, he's compassionate, and has a great sense of humor. He is very much a team player and very respectful of all the staff he works with. New England Dental really does a great job of keeping my dental health experiences positive! I would recommend then to everyone who is looking for a great dental practice.

I have had great experiences with the Marlborough. I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist but these guys make it as tolerable as it can be. Great office, super convenient, and accommodating.

It’s been over 12 hours since I had a broken tooth and implant socket installed, the nova cane has worn off and I have only taken 4 tylenol (extra strength) and I am doing just ok. I will rest tomorrow.

I always have a positive experience at New England Dental Group. Positive encouragement and discussing my personal needs. I've been a patient for over 20 years and now live an 1 1/4 hours away. Well worth the drive.
