So professional! They have a system that gets you in and out really fast and they have very up-to-date technology with imaging right at your exam chair. Everyone was very nice and the facility was very clean. Definitely recommend!

Kris, who has been practicing for 25 years at the same location, gave me a cleaning that I badly needed, and was so thorough, informative, gentle, and friendly! And Dr Tieu came in and examined my x-rays, explaining to me everything he saw. He was so nice too! A great experience, I will definitely be going back. Lots of love for Pondside Dental!

Amazing staffs. Makes you feel very comfortable. I had my cleaning and filling done here by Kieu and Dr. Chinnici. I highly recommend these two if you ever feel nervous about going to the dentist. They make your visit very calm and relaxing. Great place.

Pondside is awesome! Dentists, hygienists, and admin are all friendly and professional. It really is a joy to meet Kieu for my cleanings and Dr. Chinnici, Dr. Tieu, and Dr. Lew have all made me feel like they know what I need without being judgemental about my poor flossing habits. In all seriousness I was poor for years and let my dental care fall to the back burner. Once I got dental insurance they were amazing in getting me back on track and really helped build out a plan that fit my budget.

The location is convenient and has parking.

This may sound like an exaggeration but my girlfriend was so happy with her experience here that she ended up applying to dental school and got a bunch of advice and encouragement from the staff here. She’s now going into her third year at Tufts. I’ve been recommending Pondside to my friends for years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

In the past 3 years I have had a great experience at Pondside Dental. They are very thorough and the hygienist I see (Kieu) is the best. Their COVID safety procedures are excellent and have felt very safe going there during the pandemic.

The people here are awesome as is the work. One time the night before leaving the country a crown came loose. One of the dentists called me back and said he would come in early to fix my tooth. He did and off to Brazil I went. Did I mention this was not my dentist, just a random panicked call for help to a local dentist in Boston? He came in for a person who was not even in their practice. I knew this would be my dentist from here out.

I’ve gone here 14 years and it has been great. Kris, my dental hygienist, has always been warm and kind and shows so much care for her patients.
