Every single person I spoke to and met exceeded any expectation I could have for a dental office. I couldn’t appreciate the professional kindness I received more, and any future expectations of any other operation is probably ruined because of how great the experience was. Thank you!

Jessica (hygienist) was perfect VERY gentle& knowledge! Dr Molly was equally gentle & VERY caring & put me at complete ease - offering choices but not pushing. Danielle who deals with insurance was great! She was on top of it. I am so blessed to have found Smiles of Groton

Smiles of Groton is amazing! I was looking for a new dentist who would act with integrity, honesty, be up on the latest processes in dentistry. I was also looking for a front end staff who is courteous, helpful, and empathetic. I got all of that and so much more at Smiles. Dr Valli and his staff were nothing short of spectacular and I’m so happy I chose them. If you are looking for exceptional care backed by an efficient staff Smiles of Groton is the place! I recommend them whole heartedly and without an ounce of reservation.

Dr. Molly & the team at Smiles put this VERY nervous patient at ease for two fillings and a broken tooth. The weighted blanket was appreciated and the professionalism is impeccable. Thank you for your kindness and care!

**EDITED** to add insult to injury, they didn't tell me I would have to pay out of pocket for my son's latest cleaning and sent me a bill for over $200 and then lied and said they did tell me about paying out of pocket. This practice does not have your best interest in mind. Never have I had a practice NOT tell me when I would have to pay out of pocket, then lie about telling me - my new dentist has already alerted me about my son's limit and I have not even made an appt yet.

I was in your office today to receive a filling or two and ended up leaving the appt.early due to the treatment I received from Dr. Molly. First, she was going to give me a shot w/o telling me she was doing so. Then, as I was receiving the shot, I told her several times I was not ok (the shot felt like it was right on my nerve or something and was extremely painful) but she didn't stop. Then after the shots were done, I had a reaction to the medication that was making me have severe tremors in my hands and was making me not feel well at all. I expressed these concerns to Dr. Molly but she seemed to just blow it off and tell me I was just anxious instead. However, I didn't feel the way I did until I was given the shots in my mouth so I'm very sure this was to do w/ the medication and less to do with actually being anxious myself unless it was induced by the medication. In the end, she refused to do the procedure saying she 'didn't feel comfortable. '

I felt laughed at and insulted by bringing a legitimate medical concern to her attention only to have her kind of blow it off and smile at me instead of maybe thinking I was having some kind of reaction instead. And then to refuse to do the procedure after I asked to continue since I clearly didn't want to go through that again.

Since your practice doesn't feel the need to treat me with respect and dignity, I will be looking for a new dentist for myself and my family. I hope you will consider your bedside manner - especially when someone expresses a medical concern to medication administered.

The best! Can't say enough good things about Smiles of Groton. We have 4 kids and one of them is absolutely petrified of the dentist. However, everyone in the office is great and he's starting to get over that fear, specifically from the great group of people that work there. Beyond that, it's great to have such a great collective group of people so close to the school system where our kids go.

Absolutely best dental office I’ve ever been to! Super friendly and patient staff, very clean and positive experience overall. I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 15 years and my hygienist was very pleasant and gentle. The receptionists made sure to clear things with me and my dental coverage so there was no surprise costs. I would give 10 stars!

If ya have to go to the dentist, it may as well be a place where the staff has a sense of humor! Honestly the visit was painless and professional and Mark was a pleasure to meet. A lot of the staff worked with Peter Breen before his retirement and while we miss him greatly, these new folks seem to be a great back-fill. Thanks

So now we have a couple of more visits under our belt, including me being fitted for a "Snore Guard" (which my wife greatly appreciates!) and of course excellent care by our hygienists. You'll really appreciate your dental visit and with a little effort on your own, you will continue to have great Smiles!
